Wow! This show was not what I was expecting. The Great Dumdini set the stage with the perfect balance of humor and really great stage magic. He did a great job keeping the audience on their toes and laughing their way through a classic parlor magical experience. Would definitely see again if given the opportunity.

The Great Dumdini combines mentalism, card tricks and dangerous routines that will make your stomach turn while giving you belly laughs. The show is definitely on the PG/PG-13 side but only because of the more scary tricks, not for any crude humor or profanity. With that said, this show would be appropriate for guests 13 and up!
The Great Dumdini is a Los Angeles-based magician. A lifelong fan of magic, he is a proud member of the Academy of Magical Arts, located at the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, California. He's performed at comedy clubs, wineries, parties and even busking as a street performer. His comedy magic show combines audience participation, mentalism, card magic and dangerous feats, making your stomach turn while giving you belly laughs. Penn & Teller and The Amazing Randi are his inspirations in magic and has continued their legacy of quirky tricks and honest lying. He performs weekly in the Cellar Theatre at the Magic Castle and is very excited to entertain your guests!
The show is very compact and an entire show fits in a simple briefcase that turns into a table, but don't be fooled. This show can be done as intimately as five people while entertaining a giant group of one-hundred. Depending on the venue, lighting and sound equipment would be nice to have on hand, but once the table is set up, Dumdini is ready to go!
I've been a lifelong fan of magic and my biggest influences are Penn & Teller and The Amazing Randi. While I admire their quirky routines, I really believe in their philosophy of honest lying. The joy of magic is that it's pretend and a fun exercise in understanding the world around us.
