Arrived on time and performed beautifully. This was a networking event so everyone was chatting. It has to be hard to perform in a room like that… people are listening but talking at the same time… not giving 100% of their attention… I could not do that. But The Heart Band was so professional and had such a variety. As my headline read, it was just what my event needed.

Cindy & Dale performed for my client's wedding recently at The Estate on Second, and they blew it out of the water!! They played mostly cover songs per my Bride's request - and had all 100 guests fully engaged and LOVING their performance. We had a lot of guests ask for their name & info which says a lot.
Aside from their talent, they were prompt - dressed perfectly without direction - and set up quickly. They are professional but also very fun and have a great energy! We hope to work with this adorable duo many many more times!!

What to Expect
The Heart is an uplifting Acoustic Duo. Their Genre extends from high energy, feel good Top 40, Classic to Modern Rock, Folk, Indie, Country, Reggae and Irish. They've been categorized with bands such as: Ed Sheeran, Mumford & Sons, The Lumineers & Imagine Dragons. They'll keep you smiling, dancing & singing along to their heart moving song renditions.
Our Duo consists of Dale Peters who sings Lead Vocals, plays acoustic Guitar using various effect pedals and loops, simulating electric guitar, bass guitar, ambient synth & looped percussion; thus simulating the sound of a full band. Dale is accompanied by Cindy Peters on Lead Vocals as well as harmonies and acoustic percussion. Cindy also doubles as our Audio Engineer, illuminating and enhancing the live musical experience with customized real-time effects throughout our performance.
We can provide anything from high energy crowd moving music, such as: Castle on the Hill and Shape of You by Ed Sheeran, Radioactive & It's Time by Imagine Dragons, Mr. Brightside & All These Things I've Done by The Killers, Santeria & Badfish by Sublime, Boys 'Round here by Blake Shelton... to background, easy listening music like: Harvest Moon by Neil Young, Barcelona & Leaving it up to You by George Ezra, Home by Phillip Phillips, Redemption Song by Bob Marley and Skinny Love by Bon Iver.
We have over 10 years of live performance experience together, and we are accustomed to performing in various environments from weddings to corporate events, private parties in the home, lounges, country clubs, and high energy festivals. We’ve performed at venues such as: Four Seasons, Alila Marea Beach Resort, InterContinental, Ventana Big Sur, Monarch Beach, Pelican Hill, The Ritz Carlton, Montage, The Santaluz Club, The Bridges, Hotel Del Coronado, L’Auberge, La Valencia, Park Hyatt Aviara, Omni La Costa, and more.
We can provide a solo, duo or full band, depending on what your event calls for. We are flexible in accommodating your needs to create your perfect event. We love leaving our audiences feeling positively inspired and fulfilled!

Additional Booking Notes
We have a professional top of the line, QSC/Behringer PA system consisting of: 4 QSC K12 speakers, 1 QSC KSub, 1 Behringer XR16 Mixer. This system has enabled us to accommodate all of the venues listed above which range anywhere from 10-2000 person capacity. If booked at any event larger than 2,000 people, we have access to additional equipment of the same quality to accommodate the venue.
