The Hella Good Party Band!

Hella Good was awesome! They played at our school fundraiser in October and were fabulous! Not only did they play fun music that appealed to both parents and young kids; they welcomed the kids on stage and worked around them---letting them sing and dance with them, encouraging their participation and introducing them on stage! They were upbeat and fun. Great music and great attitude! They were so nice to work with in the planning stages as well--very accomodating, professional and just super nice! Would hire them again in a second!

We had the band perform at our event this past Monday. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and provided amazing music and entertainment!

We have held this event for multiple years, and this was the only year, the attendees asked for an encore from the band!

I highly recommend them for your event.

The Cadillac Ball was just held on November 14, 2015 and the Hella Good Party Band was the main entertainment. We asked for lively, energetic dance music that would get butt's out of seats and the band really delivered. They were excellent and the song choices in the set lists was perfect. Someone came up to me and mentioned the we need a bigger dance floor! People were out dancing until the last song was played! Thank you again for a wonderful night!

Ryan and his crew were extremely flexible to work with and adapted to all our various requests. I was pleasantly surprised by his team arriving many hours ahead of the ceremony to set everything up and make sure everything was perfect. The music played was great and all of our guests danced from start to finish. Ryan was an able MC, and everything went about as smooth as could be imagined.

The band was superb, fun and went out of their way to accommodate us, including additional rehearsals and services at the last minute. Ryan and the crew are pros!

We booked the Hella Good Party Band for our wedding reception and at the time didn't know what a great decision we made! We found them online by looking at their videos and their performances were much better than the competition.

Ryan was very attentive and responsive during the months leading up to the wedding and filled us with confidence and reassurance that we picked the right band. Ryan was able to help and advise us on all sorts of issues leading up to the wedding and the day of. There were some last minute decisions to be made because our wedding planner was rubbish and Ryan and team were a happy parachute throughout the night.

During the reception, everyone loved the band and was up dancing with gusto (from elder family members to tiny tots). The band played a wide range of music from Motown to Top 40 and some really great 80s rock music, and some Prince, that had everyone dancing and signing along.

The Hella Good Party Band made our wedding reception fun, unique, and unforgettable!
There are many reasons why we could not be happier with them and their performance. First, when we had an urgent last-minute request, they totally accommodated us, saving our wedding ceremony by having their guitarist play with our friend-violinist, since our other guitarist cancelled a few days before the wedding.
Also, they learned the "hora" (a medley of Jewish songs) and did an amazing job! They even did the whole slow to fast tempo perfectly.
Not only that, but they also learned a few '90s songs—which they don't normally play—to make my wife happy (their rendition of Sublime's "Santeria" was especially awesome).
They were all super personable and nice, and Ryan was really easy to talk to and helpful. You can tell they have so much fun doing what they do.
Everyone complimented us on the band and how much fun they had. And, most importantly, my wife and I had a total blast and danced our butts off all evening long!!!
We would book them again in a second!

They had everyone jumping on the dancefloor all night at our institution's homecoming gala! Super fun people :)

I apologize for the lateness of this review, but still gotta make time for you guys one way or another! Great band, great energy, and really friendly. Very professional and wonderfully priced. Have no complaints! Very thankful we randomly found you guys. and Yes, would definitely recommend, and Yes, would definitely do business with again in the future!

There is nothing more I wanted then to entertain my friends and family on my wedding day.Booze,delcious food and live music were things I had to have.I wanted to see a full dance floor at all times and with Hella good party band along with their D.J. the party never slowed down. Having familiar music that people could dance and sing to was exactly what I was looking for.The communication with the band before the day let me know these guys were on top of their game and I really felt like I had nothing to worry about.I had amlified music at the ceremony as well as the band set up with d.j.at a desperate location.The whole thing was seamless and I can definitely say it wouldn't have been one of the best days of my life without a Hella good party band..this is one talented group of people and I can't thank them enough.

We hired the The Hella Good Party Band to play for a party that celebrated my son's graduation from college and and my own 50th birthday. The audience of 130 people spanned many generations. And Hella Good struck just the right chord. It was a wonderful dance-party experience. Everyone had a great time. The band was professional, had a good playlist, and was in tune (not a trivial matter). Nicely done, Hella Good!

I had hired the band for my wife's birthday party and my wife, my guest and I were truly impressed with them. They provided very good family entertainment for our outdoor event. They entertained the children as well as the adults. They invited the children onto the stage to dance and play the tambourine. They were easy to work with and communication was a plus. What a great experience - I had hired the band for a birthday party and was truly impressed with them all along. Starting with great communication, super flexibility, awesome performance and a really great repertoire! Everyone loved them and I will certain try to get them again!

What a truly wonderful experience; a live party band!! We engaged The Hella Good Party Band to play at our charities annual Sweetheart Dance. Our guests were individuals with special needs, both physical and mental disabilities, and they were all thrilled to be dancing to a live band. Not only did our clients love the tunes played, but they knew the words to all of the songs. It was a unique, and memorable experience for them; one not to be forgotten any time soon. All of the band members were very professional and respectfully of the needs of our clients. They went out of their way to make sure that our guests had the experience of a lifetime. We hired Hella Good to perform at a large corporate event that was full of presentations and networking. They played during the opening, break and they played a totally kick ass set at the end of our whole event. They have an incredible repertoire, fantastic and engaging strange presence, and the best part was that they were able to get our whole team plus many of the attendees to our event, showing off their dance moves at the end! It was a wonderful and very memorable way to end this event. I highly recommend Hella Good for a good time! In addition, prior to booking them - they were very responsive, helpful and easy to work with - I hope to see them again soon!
