The I.R.S. is comprised of seasoned Pacific Northwest musicians, who have come together through their mutual admiration and respect for one of history's most influential bands, R.E.M. The I.R.S. has banded together to pay homage to the timeless music of R.E.M. and bring a full concert experience to the listener.
Through this format, we aim to capture the sound, passion and vibe of the band that created a new era in rock. Our desire is to share this experience with all who appreciate the greatness of R.E.M. Due to the band's passion, The I.R.S. has become one of the most sought after tribute acts in the region, and has become one of the premiere R.E.M. tribute acts throughout the nation.
