Starting as a youth pastor at just 19 years old, Jason's leadership and vision were evident as he transformed a small youth group of nine students into a thriving community with over 120 regular attendees with a volunteer staff of over 25. During this time, he also explored his entrepreneurial spirit, establishing and managing several small businesses.
His journey then led him to the helm of a software company, FFRS. Under his guidance, the company expanded its client base across North America and Australia, culminating in a successful acquisition by Active911.
Jason then took on the role of Chief Revenue Officer in a growing telecommunications company, contributing to a remarkable achievement of doubling the organization's recurring revenue within three years. Additionally, his expertise in government awards was instrumental in securing nearly $2M in grant funding during that time.
Jason's journey then extended to the robotics sector. As the CEO of Daxbot, he played a pivotal role in transitioning the company from a R&D concept to generating its first revenues. During his time at Daxbot, the company also completed its first crowdfunding campaign.
