Through Southern Gospel Music, Personal Testimony And The Preaching Of God's Word. Since 1998 This Spirit Filled Group Has Spread The Gospel Message, Throughout The Eastern United States in churches as well as a variety of venues.
The Kinders Have Had The Great Pleasure And Privilege of Working With A Number Of Outstanding Organizations, Such As The Jaycees, The Disabled American Veterans Association, The Lions Club, Joy Ranch Christian Home For Children, Treatment Centers, The Veteran's Hospitals, The Salvation Army, The North Carolina Dept. Of Corrections, The Virginia Dept. Of Corrections And a number Retirement Homes.
I booked the Kinders to perform at Ridgecrest retirement community. Their performance was amazing, my members truly enjoyed them and even know some of them in the group. I absolutely enjoyed that they were there before time, set up, and tested their equipment to ensure everything worked perfectly. The Kinders was very professional, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to hire a great southern gospel group.

The Kinders were nice enough to accept a booking for my Mom’s funeral viewing. They came with all their own equipment and performed beautiful gospel songs. They cried and prayed with me and my family and I just know that in Heaven, my Mom was clapping, stomping and waiving her hands in praise. I can’t thank them enough for taking the time and easing my family’s burden in our time of need.

We had them to sing at our Retirement Community and our residents loved them! They were very friendly, funny and interacted with the residents the entire time! Their voices were beautiful and they sang all the good old songs as well as new ones that they had wrote themselves. We enjoyed having them here very much and will have them again!

The Kinders are known for tight harmonies and anointed singing. The Kinders interact with and involve those in the audience. On May 11, 1991, Mother's Day weekend John Kinder accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Over the past 25 years, John has been blessed to sing Southern Gospel music and share his experience, strength and hope with thousands of people throughout the eastern United States.
John's wife Nancy is a Born-Again Child of God. Raised in a small community by very loving parents. Although they didn’t attend church regularly, there was always a lot of love in the house. Nancy was one on nine children. As long as she can remember there was music in the house. When all the children were together, they would end up around the piano singing.
Robin Harden attended the same church as The Kinders. Robin has always loved singing and writing songs. In 1998 the three of them began singing together in church and shortly were asked to sing at other churches which lead to traveling and singing every week.
Over the past 25 years The Kinder's have been blessed to travel and sing throughout the eastern United States. Over the years The Kinders have been honored to receive a number of awards recognizing their talents.
The Kinders come with their own complete quality sound system or the ability to plug into existing adequate systems. The only requirement of the venue is a 110volt receptacle for power. Space requirements are minimal: 12' x 5'

Each member of the group brings a different element of influence to the table. John brings a country music sound from his experience prior to being saved and singing for the Lord. Nancy comes from a large singing family who gathered around the piano at her parents’ house every Sunday evening and sang the old hymns. Robin has formal training and a tremendous love of music. Their backgrounds give The Kinders a wide range and unique style. All three members of the group have written a variety of solid gospel songs.
