Hi! I am the head chef of the brunch apothecary in dacula ga, and I have won chopped! I was on episode Breakfast Baskets that aired March 26th 2024. I am located in the Buford area looking to cook you dinner! I specialize in intimate dinners cooked and served in your home. I craft unique and personal menus for your event. Dinner can be buffet style, family style or multiple courses and a formal sit down dinner, complete wine or cocktail pairings, amuse bouche, appetizers and dessert! My culinary background is New England, Cajun creole and southern with Asian inspiration. I also do small caterings for baby showers, corporate events etc and charcuterie boards! What to Expect
Elegant opulence or relaxed casual, I am very adaptable and can fit in well to any occasion. I'm happy to make a champagne brunch spectacular or host a neighborhood barbecue. Either way the food is delicious, there's plenty for everyone and everyone is happy!

Additional Booking Notes
I cater mostly out of personal homes, I discuss a menu with you come to your house and put everything together there to serve you in the comfort of your own home. I will need access to your oven, fridge and sink. Please make sure areas are clear for me to work in and I will leave it in just as good a condition as when I arrived when I depart.

I used to work offshore on a oil vessel in the Gulf of Mexico. I hail from Maine and New Hampshire, but currently lived in Georgia. I am a melting pot of styles, variety and flavors. With over 16 years and the industry I am confident in making you something delicious!
