Overview
We are San Francisco's premiere all-female a cappella group, and we've been performing all over the Bay Area since 2004. With over 100 songs in our repertoire spanning a variety of genres and 20 years of harmonizing together, our camraderie shows in every performance. It's possible you've seen us singing on at SFO, your office party, your cousin's wedding, in your local coffee shop or wine bar, or maybe, you know, in your friend's living room.

Absolutely love The Loose Interpretations! I went to one of their concerts for my first time this past November and it was a great night and super fun show. So much talent! You can tell every performer loves what they get to do and they had such great chemistry as a group making it a blast to watch. If you are looking for something to take an upcoming event to the next level - I would have no hesitation booking them.

What to Expect
We are a group of 12 women who have been performing together in our current lineup since 2019, when our newest member joined. Many of us have been part of the group for much longer—some even dating back to the original Loose Interpretations formation in 2004—which shines through in our on-stage chemistry. While we typically perform as a full group, we’re also available for smaller ensemble gigs. Our repertoire features a cappella covers and mashups of pop favorites, spanning artists like Taylor Swift, Prince, Miley Cyrus, Dolly Parton, and U2. We're also open to learning a commissioned piece with enough notice. Wherever we perform, we bring vibrant energy and unforgettable fun!
