With a long history and passion for music it was six years ago Tro-Jah of Newark, NJ found her voice within the plus community as a resource, motivator, and socialite. As the Founder & CEO of her nonprofit organization Elite Plus Inc. TroJah has been afforded numerous opportunities to work with and form solid relationships with some of the plus industry’s leaders. Her organization’s mission is to provide a platform for women of size and teen girls who struggle with the concepts of self love, size acceptance and the true meaning of beauty. Fueled by her Passion for Plus™ Tro-Jah was compelled to write a book titled “My FAT is NOT a Flaw” employing women to have confidence in their curves. As a result of the book’s success she went on a national book tour that included a live panel discussion & a plus fashion showcase with curvy celebrities and influential people within the plus community. Since launching her book she has facilitated a number of workshops for the aspiring plus model. She has also been afforded many opportunities as a public speaker at major events within the plus community such as Curves Rock Fashion Weekend, LS1426 Empowerment Cruise, Dangerous Curves Ahead, and Fashionlink VI Fashion Weekend in the US Virgin Islands.

Her network now expands close to 30,000 people as she continues to be involved as an advocate for the plus community. As her writing continued to mature, so did she adding host, plus model, and book publishing consultant to her resume. She also serves as the New York Tri-State Correspondent for the number one plus lifestyle magazine, POSE. In addition she serves as the COO of Size Matters Daily, a popular photography brand launching a new entertainment and nightlife blog catering to the curvy community. Tro-Jah is now re-branding as a Master Intermediary™ using her network and connections to help women embrace their dreams, feel good and look great all while bringing to the forefront her writing, publishing, and public speaking skills. As she continues to live her passion to empower women of size she blazes forward developing new skills, cultivating new business partnerships, balancing life as a devoted wife, mother of two boys, full time employee and college graduate, while inevitably inspiring all women.
