We booked Kim for a funeral and she was so helpful with appropriate music suggestions and the order. Also, when there were unplanned events within the ceremony, she went with the flow and everything seemed seemless A real pro and terrific musicianship.

Kim piped at my wedding at the Royal Park Hotel conservatory. Her flawless piping transformed our venue into a sacred space, and there was not a dry eye in the room (all I could hear behind me when I got to the altar was the sounds of sniffling). Her song selections were perfect. We were so comfortable working with her from the first email contact through the planning process. We booked booked her from out of state, and she was was very responsive, which made things so easy. Her piping was the highlight of our wedding and a memory my husband and I will forever cherish. I arranged with Kim for her to warm up outside so she would walk in playing to surprise everyone and it was fantastic! She was right on time, sounded great, and the place just went crazy for her. It took place at a Golf Clubhouse with a buffet and drinks for my dad's old buddies plus family and she was a big hit! She even knew the all the songs I wanted to hear, the ones I used to hear growing up in a Scottish family! I'd recommend her to anyone.

It was a joy to have Kim play the bagpipes at the funeral luncheon for my very special Irish friend, John O'Connor. John always loved the bagpipes so I wanted them at his funeral luncheon.
Kim knew so many good tunes, We especially enjoyed Going Home and the military songs.
John's niece had her little 20 month old boy, Dominic, at the luncheon that day. He was very good but at times active. When Kim played the bagpipes he was so quiet and so interested in them. I hired Kim for my sister's 60th birthday. She came to my home. It was a small gathering. Kim was very professional yet personable. She asked if we had any questions, gave us a brief history of her profession all the while entertaining us with her delightful music. I'm so happy I hired her.

We had Kim come to my mother's funeral in March. I saw her information online and hired her from her website via email. She was fantastic. She showed up early, prepared, and played wonderfully! Everyone that showed up commented on how beautiful she played. For my family it meant the world. She played many Irish songs for us that we requested, Amazing Grace, Coming Home (which she suggested) and many other songs. She offered suggestions on what she thought might work and worked well to provide exactly what we wanted. She contacted me each time I emailed. She was worth every penny. It was my going away gift to my mom to honor her and my family. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to show up, thank you Kim for everything!

We hired Ms. Johnson to play at a funeral. She did an outstanding job, and everyone at the funeral (most of whom were of Scottish ancestry) agreed that it was the best that they had ever heard. Even the funeral director was impressed, and indicated that he would recommend her to his clients. We were extremely pleased with her services.

Kim is not only a wonderful piper (she was a part of a funeral service for some close family friends), she was also incredibly professional and amazingly thoughtful. She did not overwhelm the grieving family, but made sure that they knew that she would work with them to make the funeral service personalized and as special as the man for whom we had gathered. A piper was the one thing that the special man that we lost had asked for at his service. The family and I were so glad that that piper was Kim.

Kim provided bagpiping services for our wedding and she was all around excellent. She was very prompt in replying to my initial request, as well as to my numerous emails throughout the planning process. Kim also provided organ sheet music and worked with the organist at my church for a duet on a particular song I wanted for the processional.
