Christopher John is fondly known as "The Extractor," because for over two decades, he has had an uncanny ability to dig out people's greatest strengths and qualities, and put them on full display in their lives.

Christopher has worked with people of all ages, and from all walks of life, to enhance, transform, or rebuild their lives from the ground up. Starting in the world of urban education, Christopher developed his expertise out of necessity. "My students were really smart, but they struggled with so many life challenges that were out of their control, I had to engage them in life-building before we could even begin thinking about academics."

His dedication to education and masters degree in educational leadership have paid big dividends now that he is speaking to audiences. "We learn just 20% of what we hear, but an astounding 80% of what we personally experience, so I make my presentations as interactive and experiential as possible."

After life as a teacher, Christopher graduated from the self-proclaimed "world's finest coach training program," Accomplishment Coaching, in 2011 - where he learned ontological practices and principles that have guided him into the intense research that he has been passionate about ever since. That research has led to the development of his 26 Tools for Empowered Living that are now transforming lives across the globe.

In the years since, Christopher has authored multiple books and developed multiple programs, including "Transformational Empowerment," "The Positive Zone School Improvement Initiative," "The Winners Circle Business Mastermind," and "The Kingdom Within." He recently founded The Empower Center, and is currently training an army of mentors in his tools and processes.
