I teach leaders the importance - and reality - of balance. Life balance, balanced development, a balance between people and processes, and more. I combine the experience of more that would decades of business experience with the wisdom that comes from deep self-awareness and self-discovery.
I have a range of topics ready to customize for your audience. I have listed some of my more popular topics below:
- Balance is not a Myth
- Communicating with Style: Understanding the four basic communication styles
- Modern Warrior Rules for Leadership

I bring clarity to the important (and sometimes confusing) topics that concern leaders, managers, and business owners. I have an engaging style that keeps the audience's attention, even on topics that might seem "dry" on paper.
I have been in management consulting since 1992. I have owned businesses (including my current firm), and have been coaching owners and executives for about 10 years.
For audiences over about 80 people, I prefer a microphone and sound system. For smaller audiences, use good judgment about how sound will carry and what your audience will be able to hear and understand. My voice carries well, but many bodies in a large room make it hard to be heard. If you have questions, please ask - I am able to provide some equipment for myself, if necessary (there may be an additional charge, depending upon what is needed).
If you want a public Q&A session, please have microphones set up for the questions, so both I and the attendees can hear what is being asked. For smaller rooms, this may not be necessary - we can discuss this either before or immediately after booking (please don't leave it for the day of the event).
I prefer to present with plenty of room to move. If you are using a tiny stage, expect me to mingle in the audience as I move around.
If a microphone will be used, I will expect a recording of my appearance. If you are video-recording the event, I will expect a copy of that.
I am heavily influenced by the work of John Maxwell, Jack Canfield, and many others whose teaching has shaped my approach to business and to speaking.
Wireless microphone (for groups larger than 50, in most situations)
Bar stool (or similar) if engagement is longer than 60 minutes
