We are a quartet consisting of piano, bass, horn, and drums. Our horn player plays trumpet and trombone, and both can be muted for a different/quieter sound. We play mainly jazz, blues, and Latin/ bossa nova, and we are willing to either be at the forefront of attention or simply just background music to set the mood. We have only recently established our quartet, though because of the gigs we've had we have been encouraged to continue to perform so that we are able to share our music with others, and we hope you consider giving us that opportunity!

We mainly play jazz, a great genre of music that can either function as background music or be at the forefront of attention, and fortunately, our quartet has experience functioning as both. We consistently strive to bring a great sound that will engage listeners regardless of the environment, though above all our main goal is to abide by the needs of the event planner.
Hi! I'm Ben, and I am currently a senior attending Asheville High School. I have been studying jazz piano for roughly 4 years now, and have played piano for around 7 or 8 years in total at this point. I am now looking for the opportunity to share my musical abilities with as many people as possible, and I feel the best way to achieve this goal is to start to advertise myself and my group. Our drum player is Walker Whitley, a senior at Asheville High School who has been playing jazz drums for roughly 5 years now. Playing the trumpet is Henry Candler, a freshman at Asheville High School who recently attended Interlochen, a prestigious jazz school that helped him to excel with his jazz studies. Last but not least, Sara Nell Chase. Sara Nell has played classical bass for many years, and despite never having played jazz bass, her musical talent helped her to learn and play jazz far better than you would expect. Our quartet has been playing together for roughly a month, though if I didn't tell you, I doubt you would guess it.
We have all the equipment necessary to bring a great sound to your establishment, all that we require is a source of power.
