The Nobius Experience

On the day of your event Nobius will typically arrive at the venue 2 hours before showtime. Our set up and sound check takes approximately 1.5 hours and includes a full PA system and lights. The PA is available for announcements or for music while the band is on break. Typically our sets last between 45 mins - 1 hr 15 mins depending on the length of the performance and the schedule.

Winner of 2019's "Best Wedding Band" category in the Best of the Coast Awards, Nobius is an energetic funk band. We cover a wide variety of music including Funk, R&B, Soul, and Pop by artists such as Stevie Wonder, Bruno Mars, Santana, & Michael Jackson . Our band is based out of Pensacola where you can find us playing all year long at popular hot spots such as Seville Quarter, Paradise Bar & grill, or Bamboo Willies. We have experience with corporate functions, weddings, and perform at some of the largest festivals in our area (Pensacola Jazz, Latin Fest). Nobius is one of the few bands offering backline instruments (Trumpet & Tenor Sax) and has some of the best talent in town.

Most buildings can accommodate our electrical needs, it is preferable for the band to have access to two empty outlets. If the band is playing outside, please have accommodations ready for bad weather.
