The Paisley Fogg is the harmonious vocal blend and guitar interplay of brothers David, Keith and Tom Birchler supported by Joe Tangari (bass & vocal) and Jimi K (drums & vocal). They have taken the summer festival circuit by storm, enchanting blue hairs to babies with their deft recreation of British invasion and American psychedelic & pop vibes. Their jangle perfect guitar work and Mersey beat is topped with a vocal sound so sweet it’ll take you on a trip straight back to the rocking' 60’s.
I formerly produced Farmington's Rhythms in Riley Park summer concert series and, due to the band's popularity with concert-goers, I booked The Paisley Fogg four of the five years I was involved. They continue to make appearances at Rhythms in Riley Park to the delight of the community.
Great band. Great sound. Easy to work with.
Book the band today for your event. You'll be glad you did.
Response from The Paisley Fogg:
Thanks for the kind words Scott. The Paisley Fogg always enjoys any opportunity we have to entertain the wonderful greater Farmington community. Riley Park is the best outdoor venue in southeast Michigan!
These guys were great. They came early and got to know us a bit. They were very friendly and interactive, you could tell they had fun doing what they do! Everyone loved them and wanted more.
Excellent Groovy band!! We will use them again

The Paisley Fogg will put on an energetic show fueled by their decades of performing experience. They understand that it's not just about playing the music it's also about entertaining the audience. It starts with constructing a well paced set list with clever song intros and lively stage banter. It is made more energetic with animated enthusiastic musicians who really enjoy what they are doing. It comes to a peak with audience participation and finishes strong with an all out, no holds barred rock n' roll finale. You be transported to a more carefree place where the British Invasion, the Summer of Love and the Folk Rock and Psychedelic Vibes of the Sixties will cover your mind with the sweet sounds of a sunnier time.
Three brothers – David, Keith and Tom – who don’t hunt, fish or watch football but collectively own 20 guitars and love 60’s music. Start with the brothers’ 3-guitar front line, add the solid rhythm section of Jimi K on drums and Joe Tangari on bass then top it off with their heavenly harmony vocals and what you get is The Paisley Fogg.
The past 14years have taken The Paisley Fogg from a basement in Bay City to the Dream Cruise, via fundraising for needy children and touring small town Michigan summer festivals.
A little bit of British Invasion, with a dose of American Psychedelia and a whole lot of folk rock’s 3-part harmony is what has kept it interesting for these 5 best friends.
When required The Paisley Fogg can perform as a self contained show providing PA and lighting as necessary depending on expected audience size and venue dimensions. When PA is provided contact us for stage and sound requirements.
