The Plan B Band

We booked The Plan B Band for our daughter's wedding April 1, 2017. Our experience in booking The Plan B Band and dealing with them was great. They were prompt in responding and were there to answer any questions we had about the day. They did a great job performing and all the guest enjoyed them. They are a great group that different ages enjoy their music and many of our guest complimented them later and wanted to know where we found them. Would love to hear them again sometime.

Plan B was absolutely amazing at our wedding.I have heard from every guest I have talked to since the wedding that they were the best wedding band they have ever heard. No joke, everyone I have talked to has said that. They were fantastic from the get-go with our first dance to Brett Eldredge's "Mean to Me". It sounded so amazing and they couldn't have performed a better rendition of the song. I was blown away since country isn't really their genre. The entire night they had everyone out on the dance floor, not wanting to miss a single minute of dancing. Their ability to read the crowd was amazing and they were able to keep everyone on their feet. I have never in my life heard a more fun version of "Shout"-there is no better way we could have ended our reception than with that song. It was the perfect ending to a perfect day. I am extremely thankful and happy that Plan B was the band at our wedding. Wayne, was so easy to work with, extremely responsive, and that is so appreciated from a busy bride! Not only did the band sound amazing, but each one of the bandmates were so sweet during the reception and made an effort to come and speak to me and my husband and really showed that they were excited to be there and a part of our day. At one point the guitarist came down into the crowd to play and everyone went crazy! The entire show was just phenomenal. Hands down, Plan B is the BEST band for any wedding that has a fun-loving, energetic crowd that is ready to dance. And as far as band costs go, they were extremely affordable and well worth the splurge. I am so in love with the memories we have from our reception and most of them are thanks to Plan B and their performance.

I planned my wedding in a relatively short amount of time (5 months) and I really wanted to find the perfect band. I took a risk and booked your band solely off of reviews and videos online, and it could not have been more perfect! Several people questioned me for booking a band 6 hours away from the event without a personal recommendation. These people apologized after realizing what a great choice you were! The whole band was so professional, and all of my requests were honored. Everyone had a blast on the dance floor, and we have received so many complements from our guests. I hope that people reading this post will make the right decision and book you for their next event. Such a talented, fun, professional crew- you can't go wrong with the Plan B Band. Thank you Plan B for making our wedding reception so special! We are waiting for the next big event so we can book you again!

I remember the evening I ran across The Plan B Band website and played the 2 youtube videos and immediately said to my fiancé' (at the time) and maid of honor "THIS is my band!". I was more than thrilled it all worked out with their schedule and I was able to book Plan B for the wedding. I had an idea of what the band might sound/perform like from the video's but I can say without hesitation that Plan B FAR exceeded my expectations! Not just the sound and performance but your personalities and interaction with me and the guests was amazing. Not one day has passed since the wedding that someone hasn't said to me what a phenomenal band I had at my wedding. I was mad that I didn't get to just dance and listen to Plan B more because I was the bride and had other obligations - LOL! All of band members bring something unique to the band's sound and look. Landis is such a tremendous talent and what a stage presence! Both he and Constance have the most amazing voices. My bridesmaids loved them - I believe one of them gave Constance her bridesmaid's shoes! My only regret is not having the reception videotaped so I can go back and listen to you all again and again. I am very hopeful I will get to book Plan B for something special in the future. I am so incredibly thankful for Plan B making my wedding day the most memorable day of my life!

Cannot say enough good things about this band! They had our guests on the floor the entire night and I have some wonderful photos that commemorate what a grand time we all had! The quality of the vocalists and players is top notch; we could not have been happier. It's a little daunting hiring a band you haven't heard personally; but you can book Plan B with no worries! One story; my husband wanted the father daughter dance to be Dancing Queen. Bride said absolutely not! But, I had relayed that story to Wayne, and after the bands last number; he put on Dancing Queen and Mickey and Molly danced! The crowd let them have the floor and it was such a special moment. I just appreciate their consideration so much. Highly recommend this wonderful group!!!

What positive things can we say about Plan B that hasn't already been said?
They definitely made our wedding party unforgettably great! From our first dance, until the last song they performed, everybody was dancing nonstop like crazy!I felt like Plan B put a spell on the whole wedding party, that’s why we could NOT stop; dropping it like it’s hot, on the dance floor. That’s how good they are!I mean the atmosphere was just amazing. We would love to dance to their music again anytime. Everyone loved the Band; our guests won't stop talking about them!The members of the band were so kind, helpful, fun and professional! It was well worth it!

Attention! If I had it to do over again, I would BEG The Plan B Band to perform for us. They were phenomenal and more than anticipated. They bent over completely backwards to change my wedding date by two months, including leaving work early to be able to set up on a Friday.

WHO ELSE WOULD DO THAT?

Everyone loved the band. In fact, they wouldn't stop talking about them. The venue director actually collected their info to pass out to future brides. I wish I could have sat back and enjoyed the music more myself. As a side note, if you are debating on including the female vocalist, DO SO. She adds some sass and her voice is killer. She nailed my first dance "Home" by Chantal.

Plan B was fabulous! They were exactly what we wanted for our wedding reception. They are fun, energetic and played the full range of danceable tunes. We love live music, and listened to a lot of bands before making our selection, and Plan B had by far the best vocals and musicians we found. Our wedding guests' ages ranged from late 20's to mid 70's and Plan B played something for everyone -- they even personalized the prerecorded tunes they played in between their sets per our request. We received tons of compliments from our guests about how wonderful the band was, and we recommend them highly!! They were wonderful to work with and extremely professional. We'd use them again in a heartbeat!

This band was fantastic !!! Everyone including the children and grandparents loved them! Very talented musicians,and the singers are amazing. Made the reception an organized dream !!!!! Must have for a wedding !!!!!! Thank You !!

I cannot rate this band highly enough. They rocked our wedding! Every guest commented on the quality of the band at our reception. If you want a professional, reliable, talented band that will get your party hopping, you must hire Plan B! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a fun live band that is easy to work with. Their manager Wayne and all the band members were a pleasure to work with.

The Plan B Band was outstanding and we couldn't have hoped for a a better band. Their song selection was excellent and they kept the crowed engaged the whole evening. They were very accommodating and flexible to work with from the contract to our wedding day. We will be recommending Plan B to all our friends.

I found Plan B on the Gig Salad website and from the minute I made contact with them I was very impressed. They were COMPLELELY PROFESSIONAL in every aspect of working with our wedding reception. Not only did they provide the fantastic entertainment at our reception, they walked us through how to schedule the different aspects of the reception. The main contact was very willing to offer help when needed or let us take charge where we needed. Then once the reception started -- they creatd the magic that made the evening a wonderful event for my husband and I and everyone that came. It's over a month later and I am still getting compliments about the reception. Everyone felt free to dance and party. Looking back at the pictures you can see that the dance floor was packed the whole night and everyone is laughing and having a great time. The band's electricity sparked the everyone else's electricity and then blended together for a great night. The band was hot the whole evening -- never let down. Our group of friends is very diverse -- with half our friends in their twenties to thirties and the other half in their fifties to sixties -- and then all ages sprinkled in. Everyone said, this was the best wedding reception ever!!! Thanks Gig Salad for providing the opportunity to find this great band. We will be using them again for other events in the future.

The Plan B Band was fantastic and we couldn't have hoped for anything better for our son's wedding. The band kept the dance floor full, they weren't too loud, song selection was perfect and they were great to work with. The mix of music played was perfect for all ages, their voices top notch and mix of instruments amazing to listen to. We were lucky to have found such a talented band. In summary, I have never attended a wedding with a better band.

The Plan B Band made our wedding reception! Our guests absolutely loved them. Even two months after the reception, people are still telling us how great they were. Plan B plays everything from Frank Sinatra to Adele, which really catered to our guests different ages and preferences. They kept everyone on the dance floor all night. The band contact person was easy to work. He was very prompt in responding to our questions and the band learned two special songs for our Grand Entrance and First Dance. They were on time, extremely professional, and great with interacting with our guests. I highly recommend them and can't thank them enough!

Our guests danced to every song and at some points during the evening, we were afraid our guests would not have time to eat since they did not want to miss a single song on the dance floor. No one wanted the night to end and I highly recommend this talented group of musicians.

The band exceeded our expectations - which was high to begin with. They read the guests and were able to engage them and get them dancing and everyone was raving about the band.
