About
Late in 2021, a group of musicians with wildly divergent backgrounds came together in a small bedroom in New Jersey to shake off the Covid cobwebs -- and a rock phenomenon was born! Delivering a mix of searing guitar, energizing vocals, howling harmonica, and pulsating drums & bass, The Racket covers all the rock anthems & party hits that you live for!
With a combined pedigree spanning almost a century of gigging across multiple genres, The Racket blasts out a refreshing take on a broad repertoire that runs the gamut of your rockin' favorites. We'll treat you to hits from the 1950s through the 2000s, from artists ranging from AC/DC to ZZ Top and everything in between! We can go acoustic or electric, depending on your preferences -- but we always rock hard! And we're not afraid to sprinkle a little blues, reggae, country and more into the show to spice things up a bit...
Wherever and whenever you're looking to party, we're ready to make a Racket! We've played hundreds of gigs to literally thousands of happy showgoers at all kinds of locales in the Greater New York/New Jersey area, ranging from restaurants & bars to parks & parties... heck, we've even played subways and parking lots!
Additional Booking Notes
We bring our own PA/sound system and stage lighting. All we need is a little space and access to electricity. We will discuss these requirements with you well in advance of the day of your event.
