The REAL Santa

When Santa makes his entrance, guests of all ages will be riveted! He looks and sounds like Santa - an amazing sight for even the most jaded naysayers!

Santa is loving, kind and gentle with children, young and old! He says just the right thing to lift up the wonder, awe and magic of Christmas. He's the epitome of family values and emits joy that's contagious. He loves to craft and shape just the right event for each client and takes seriously the need and time for planning. He must have a couple hours to ensure he looks perfectly Santa prior to his entrance. He has the highest of standards - quality is of utmost importance to him. He LOVES parades and knows how much he means to all watching. All are important to Santa. He treasures small, intimate family gatherings where he can enjoy hearing what children have to say. He remembers when Grandma, Grandpa, Mom & Dad were small and he loves to tell the little ones all about them! Of course, Santa's no stranger when it comes to welcoming lots of children who surround him when it's time for photos, too! Fees include Santa's assistant who accompanies him - extremely important for Santa's transportation, appearance, communication with presenters & venue and all things Santa needn't worry about when spreading the Spirit of Christmas! In many cases, it's helpful if overnight lodging near the location is provided prior to the gathering as Santa & his assistant will work very hard, ensuring he looks & dresses as The Real Santa! He & his assistant are available to travel longer distances & for extended times for those extra special events for extra special occasions for additional fee to cover costs. **Santa will not be seen eating or drinking within public view. Please provide private bathroom, separate from one used by the public. Reasonable breaks are necessary. He hopes to arrive & depart secretly & separately from public entrances **

Santa Benjamin & Mrs Claus have worked as professional storytellers for over 20 years, touring nationally and internationally with Roadside Theater, part of Appalshop, Inc, based in Whitesburg, KY. He is currently Chair of the Visual and Performing Arts Department at UVa-Wise. She oversees Nottingham Place in Wise, Va - a beautiful Victorian Era historic home which provides guest lodging & special events. They love children of all ages and the spirit of Christmas year round! The Clauses stay at Nottingham Place every year from Thanksgiving to mid December. Santa LOVES their chimneys! Schedule Santa to attend your gathering or book your family's very special holiday trip - an overnight stay at Nottingham Place where you'll enjoy an evening visit with Santa in the Magical Christmas Foyer - a treasure for a lifetime!
