The Side Project
You can expect top tier world class music from this “wife and husband” based team with over 20 years of experience. Offering a repertoire of songs that span several genres and decades, from beautiful slow ballads to danceable singalong songs, this band has a versatile range to enhance your special event. Suzie’s world renowned vocals mixed with Ben’s unique guitar style and vocal harmonies (plus a wealth of original songs) set this group apart in a league of their own.
The band is available for private events of all kinds including weddings and push play DJ. You may add more musicians to the duo if desired to form a trio, 4-piece, or 5-piece band. They can also learn a new song specifically for your event and/or create a playlist of your favorite songs.
Instrumentation may include acoustic/electric guitar, violin, keyboard, bass and drums. Band sound system includes a white RCF JMIX8 line array PA system, a Bose S1 battery powered speaker, a handheld mic for toasts/announcements, and optional (2) 4-par LED light racks.
Acknowledgements of the band include songs used on international TV shows Dancing With The Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, and The BBC London. Their melodies have been heard in various Starbucks around the country and their last original album played on major radio stations nationwide and received a rave review by Music Connection Magazine. The band’s newest 5 original songs were recorded with Northwest Sinfonia 45-pc. orchestra!
