Need a unique gift for that special someone? We provide singing telegrams for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, thank-yous, and get-well wishes. Add some hilarity to your party!
Our costumes include the original Singing Lobster, the funky Maine Moose, and the Tango Dancer. Along with singing telegrams for celebratory events, we also do corporate events and private parties for adults, but we do not do children's birthday parties.
Balloons or flowers can be included in the telegram for an extra charge. Travel fees may apply.
Voice actor and performer Katherine Mayfield is an engaging presence who can charm an audio or in-person audience.

The Singing Lobster changed her plans and was able to accommodate us in a pinch! We were trying to plan something memorable for our daughter’s 21st birthday, and a red lobster singing to her at our front door was the answer! Katherine (the Lobster!) was very pleasant to work with, extremely reliable, and responsive to my last minute request for a gig. She even volunteered to pick up a birthday cake for our son because we could not get one delivered to him. She gave me a short rendition by phone of her lobster birthday song, and replied timely to my emails, and answered her phone live when available and helped me through some technical payment issues on my end. She called us right on schedule as agreed to alert us when she was about to walk into our son's restaurant so we could be on a FaceTime call when she arrived. I requested corny lobster jokes and she delivered corny lobster jokes and really hammed it up for our son's birthday. She went above and beyond and her fee was very reasonable.

Ok so our silly friend who was told to be home…wasn’t. This amazing performer, who by all rights could have shrugged and left, instead went back later and made it happen. All while I was stuck on back to back calls with 0 chance of trying to wrangle the situation! Our friend loved every minute of her birthday serenade. Our little trio is scattered across the eastern seaboard so being able to make this fun and special meant everything. Suffice to say 100000% would hire again. Thank you-thank you-thank you singing lobster!!!

I had a great experience with the Singing Lobster! For my sisters 50th birthday, I wanted to do something unique. She worked with me (on short notice) to ensure she was able to go to my sister's school and safely help celebrate this milestone! We touched base several times and she was responsive and helpful. She also agreed to pick up flowers to give my sister when she arrived! My sister (and her whole high school math class!) loved the performance, and the students were looking her up online after she left! Would definitely highly recommend!

The Singing Lobster came to my rescue for Mother's Day. I gave Katherine 2 stars instead of 1 as I felt that she was great with communication leading up to the event and my 4 year old son at first glance was excited (later he spoke about how it was just a person in a costume) I should have asked more questions. The costume was a kid-size costume so it did not fit appropriately. She has glasses and had a wrist brace due to a sprain so that took away from the costume. A family member could have done the same thing and for free due to the lack of a professional feel. She did say that she has never done the Spider-Man character before and perhaps going forward it’s best to stick with what she’s most comfortable with.
