The Sirens are an all-female vocal ensemble supported by strings and percussion. The shady ladies sing upbeat music in multi-part harmony at renaissance, viking, celtic, and pirate events across the Midwest as well as on renaissance-themed cruises in the Caribbean, performing repertoire that ranges from G-rated traditional favorites to R-rated parodies and jokes.
The Sirens provide a witty, energetic, and dramatic presence in a show that includes an emphasis on precision, character, humor, and expression of the highest caliber. A powerful presence combined with a air of irreverence and whimsy, they will be entertaining and fun for a variety of events!

The Sirens provide upbeat musical entertainment interspersed with jokes and toasts between songs. You can expect brightly colored, charismatic performers onstage who make connections with audience members of all ages.
The Sirens first took the stage in 2016 and their repertoire has grown every year! Their extensive songbook allows the ladies to tailor every performance to each individual crowd, both in music and garb. A Siren show features traditional faire favorites, Siren originals, bardcore covers of some modern songs, and Siren-style parodies. The Sirens enjoy audience participation songs and regularly dance and sing among the crowd. Their most recent accomplishment is booking their first featured spot, aboard the International Pub Crawl Cruise featuring The Sirens.
The Sirens are a well-rounded, creative ensemble with a variety of skills to share. They can perform as vampires, vikings, mermaids, pirates, and elves, and enjoy creating new facets of the Sirens to fit new entertainment opportunities. While music is the focus, the Sirens have comedic chops, dance skills, and event management skills to bring to the table as well. Experienced pub sing coordinators and hostesses, The Sirens plan private murder mysteries, balls, feasts, pub crawls, and parties, and can easily help manage similar events for others. They also have in-character serving experience, customer service experience in ticket sales, and experience working a faire booth between shows.
The ladies perform with a minimum of three Sirens and advise no more than five Sirens onstage each weekend. With the expectation of 3-4 shows a day, the asking price per day depends on a variety of factors: number of Sirens requested, distance travelled by the Sirens, whether we need to provide sound, availability of lodging on-site, etc. The Sirens have the ability to provide sound for a stage and all performers on it if power is provided. We are open to negotiation.
The Sirens consist of Madam Peacock, Bunny, Magpie, Rose, Luna, Ember, Juniper, Phoebee, Starla, Snowflake, and soundman Gregor. We can send any mix of vocalists and instruments to cater to your event.
We can provide our own sound equipment if power is provided. We have experience performing in a wide variety of locations and stages, so we can be very flexible.
