Lauren LeMunyan PCC aka “The Spitfire Coach” is a professional certified coach with over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience - from crocheting hats to owning a CrossFit gym. Prior to coaching, for 11 years Lauren served as executive director of three international trade associations where she saw and experienced the impacts of overload, stress and burnout. This work inspired her to work with these overloaded professionals and executives and write her book, “Spitting Fire: Your Guide to Reignite Your Passion at Home, Work and Beyond”.

Lauren has coached over 200 clients in healthcare, associations, tech, design, start ups, real estate, oil and gas, and entertainment to help them embrace their SpitFire Power.

Lauren is a Myers-Briggs Certified Practitioner, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and a Release Resentment Certified Practitioner.

When she’s not coaching, you can find Lauren hosting The SpitFire Podcast; facilitating The SpitFire Circle for Small Business Owners; or rapping throughout the DC Metro area in a Bluegrass Americana band as JRSY FRSH.
