Voted "Best Local Band" in 2015 Courier-Press Readers' Choice Awards! We are a 5-piece Classic Rock band from Evansville, IN. We play popular songs from the 60's, 70's and 80's covering groups like The Rolling Stones, Tom Petty, Tommy James & The Shondells, The Beatles, T. Rex, The Who, Joe Cocker, The Young Rascals, and many more. Instruments are lead guitar, keyboards, rythm guitar, bass, and drums. Each musician in the band has been playing for over 25 years. We love to perform and entertain, and we have an awesome, loyal following.
This group made lite my fire from the Doors sound good. and there selection of music
from my generation kept me in my seat looking for someone to dance with. I am talking about from a time when rock was new! They called some of it garage band music like
woolie bully and music from Tommy James and the Shondells. Hope you get my drift.
Price Range: Not free, but reasonable
We like to have fun and we do what we can to make sure our audience has fun. Many people tell us they like our set list, or as one person put it, "I can sing along because I remember all the songs you guys play." We encourage dancing and even do some audience participation. It's rock music, so it's a little loud, but not so loud you can't hear yourself talking. We like to think of it as "party rock" ... the kind you remember from your old high school and college days.
Our equipment requires a modest amount of stage space. Guitars, bass, and keyboards use professional quality floor size amps (no double-stacks). Keyboard player has a portable stage piano and a synthesizer. Drummer uses a normal 5-piece kit. We have our own sound system with front facing speakers and stage monitors.
