The Vig

The Vig has a diverse and fun set list. We cover songs by Blondie, Elvis Costello, Marshall Tucker, The Beatles, Stones and more. We are a close knit family with a ton of stage energy and love to connect with our audiences. We have a great stage sound, harmonies and great rhythm. We will get you up dancing and having fun!

JOHN-is a lead singer and rhythm guitar player with wide musical tastes enabling him to rock tunes from across decades and genres. Having played in numerous bands over the years, John is passionate about building great set lists that get audiences up and dancing and leaving them wanting more at show’s end.

BECKY-Lead singer/keyboard/percussion. Her first introduction to vocals was through musical theater, and those roots are apparent in her powerful belt, passionate delivery, and pronounced vibrato. Now a versatile artist, Becky enjoys borrowing sounds and vibes from jazz, blues, country, and pop. She is inspired by artists such as Amy Winehouse, Miranda Lambert, Miley Cyrus, Gwen Stefani, Haley Reinhardt and Susan Tedeschi.

CHRIS-Bass guitar. Lifelong music lover snd late bloomer to playing guitar! But once he picked up a bass he was hooked and now playing bass is his passion. Nothing feels better to Chris than playing music with a band and seeing the crowd enjoy it. He's played in a variety of band/genres, from blues/roots to country to Rolling Stones tribute band.

JOE-Drums. A seasoned Pro from the music scene, Joe picked up the sticks at the age of eight years old and has been wailing ever since. Joe enjoys playing Rock, Jazz, Latin and everything in between. Joe’s early influences include Gene Krupa, Buddy Rich, Max Roach and rock drummers like Neil Peart, Mitch Mitchell and Charlie Watts.

We have our own PA, amps, sound equipment. We love venues with lighting but if needed, have our own small lighting setup.
