I am motivational speaker for mental health using a unique combination of sleight of hand, storytelling, and mathematical principals. Former Solider in the United States Army, I tell my story in ways that anyone can understand, using sleight of hand to show how the more complicated and subjective ideas as well summing all of mental health into one easy to remember expression that I call the Formula For Mental Health

What to Expect
An hour motivational show about mental health. This is supplemented with magic, joke and stories. All of this is to teach the Formula for Mental Health, an expression that I came up with based on my own experience with mental health issues, years of game theory (the mathematical discipline) as well as my general knowledge of the human condition because of my time with the US Army and magic.
About
I am Joshua Theno and I am a former United States Army Soldier and member of the 2013 Soldier show where I earned the honorary title "The Army's Magician". I also suffer from many mental health problems, as well as physical disabilities. In 2018 I merged my love of performing, with the need to help other suffering the similar problems to mine, by taking my theories about mental health and teaching them to people at my local VA, as well as many techniques I have been using to cope, such as playing games at a competitive level as a world record holder in Spider-Man and Venom's Maximum Carnage for the SNES
