TOFU (Two Old Farts Unplugged)

TOFU is a laid back acoustic duo. With over 90 years combined experience playing music, their repertoir is varied. Expect humorous life stories and encouragement to sing along and dance.

Rick Klein began playing guitar around 1970. Having lived on the coast of NC most if his life, influences include Jimmy Buffet, The Eagles, and Eric Clapton. Traveling and playing music are his favorite things to do.
Mitch Duke started playing snare drum in 1972. Then the drum kit in 1973. Since , he has played in rock bands , jazz fission bands and now with TOFU.He is back to a single drum again , the Djembe. Mitch was trained as a jazz drummer but has been playing African drums now for the last 14 years.

We provide our own PA. A slightly raised stage is preferred, but not required. Simple lighting is provided by TOFU.
