A few days ago, Toni Harris spoke at our Professional Travel Agent's of North America conference on the Crown Princess cruise ship and clearly demonstrated why she is called the Turnaround Queen! Ms. Harris is a true example of making lemonade with the lemons that life can sometimes present to you. She is a very knowledgeable bundle of energy clearly able to adapt to her audience. She is an amazing motivational speaker who does her research to ensure she can communicate appropriately with her audience. She left our conference of travel agents asking for more of her time even after she spoke on two different days and that is not an easy task.

She was amazing! Very encouraging and with lots of energy! Its difficult to lose attention when someone like her is up and doing what she loves the most!

Toni Harris presented at the El Paso Women in Business conference and her presentation was perfect for our audience. Our audience is made up of women who are starting or expanding their business or women who are "climbing the corporate ladder." She was able to capture the audience attention immediately with both her captivating presence and excellent speaking skills. Her knowledge of the use of Constant Contact to meet the needs of both small businesses or in the corporate workplace is excellent! Her presentation style is delivered in a way that makes you want to listen to what she has to say. We would definitely want to invite her back to speak again! She is right on target with our audience!

Think of any well-known inspirational speaker. Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins, Joel Osteen...they're awesome, but how many times did they have to turn their lives around? Are these people really getting constantly knocked down by life and then having to find the strength to get back up like so many of us "normal" folks have had to do? Toni Harris has! Time after time, with the cards stacked against her, she rose up from her circumstances out of sheer will power and determination. Toni shows us that we each have that same ability, that same choice to make. It's right here inside of us, and we all are capable of finding and using it. I don't think there is a human being on the face of this earth who could not benefit by recognizing that the life of Toni Harris is a shining example of what being an overcommer is all about!

I met Toni in October at the 2014 Women In Financial Services (WIFS) annual convention in Orlando. Toni is an expert for engaging the audience. She breaks the "ice" by having everyone introduce themselves and tell a quick story about their business or why they are attending the workshop. Her ability to remember names and stories is uncanny.
How do I know people were engaged? Questions, lots of questions. After the presentation, the audience would not let her leave. Everyone wanted a one on one with Toni. The event host had to kick us out because we had overrun our time allotment.
We will ask Toni to come back to one of our workshops.

We have been sending out what we thought were effective newsletters with a >40% open rate, but after attending Toni's session I am now aiming for 45% open rate. The takeaways were very applicable to our newsletters and our business.
