My name is Tony, I'm an acoustic guitarist and vocalist. My main style is 90s Rock Alternative, but I also play Classic Rock as well as Praise & Worship / Christian Contemporary. I can play solo or be booked with a partner or acoustic band for the 90s music.
Tony Casella, known as the frontman for AXS TV's World's Greatest Tribute Band, The Nirvana Experience, is bringing Grunge back! His acoustic show ranges from artists Alice In Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, Weezer, and all the alternative rock that made the 90s great! He also sings a mean "Simple Man" and "Hotel California" to throw in some great Classic Rock.

What to Expect
Tony brings his own soundsystem and only needs a place to setup with power outlets. He can play and sing an acoustic set of up to 3 hours with breaks. He can either be booked as 90s Rock/Classic Rock or as Christian Contemporary.
Available as a duo as well or as an acoustic band (90s rock only).
Please make sure there is ample room for Tony to setup and have someone on site to direct him when he arrives.
About
Tony Casella became known for founding and performing with The Nirvana Experience, featured on AXS TV's World's Greatest Tribute Bands in 2014. From 2012 until 2021, The Nirvana Experience performed throughout the U.S. and sold out House of Blues Houston consistently. They reached the attention of Courtney Love and TMZ Live in 2015 with their "fake" Nirvana song.
Tony, also known as Tony on Fire, performed 90s Rock acoustic shows throughout the greater Houston area from 2009 to 2020. His residencies were Berryhill Baja Grill at Memorial City, River Oaks, and The Woodlands; Kona Grill at the Galleria; and Monkey Bar at the Kemah Boardwalk and more. Since 2020, Casella has performed praise and worship sets at City Centre on Town and Country Blvd on a monthly basis.
Due to the venue shutdowns in 2020, Tony discovered a new passion—teaching Guitar. He taught for two years at the School of Rock Spring, TX and was a senior instructor at the Rehearsal Room in Tomball, TX.
Tony's solo Rock performances typically include covers by Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Alice In Chains, the Beatles, Foo Fighters, and more.
Additional Booking Notes
No lighting or sound required. Tony brings his own soundsystem. A stage is preferable, but not required.
