Tony Richards has been presenting and challenging audiences since 1995. His unique blend of humor and practical experience helps people of all backgrounds and ages to “See Beyond What You Know”.

Tony holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership, a Master’s degree in Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s from The American University, with Certificates in Strategy in Organizational Leadership, Total Quality Management Professional, and Executive Management. Tony has co-authored Bushido Business with Stephen Covey, written F.E.A.R. Factor: Re-Kindling the Dream Within, Life Focus: Leadership Keys for Success, and has written workbooks on business and leadership development. Tony’s Life Focus Minutes can be seen on YouTube.
He has worked with senior management and board of directors on various issues including development, planning, training, transition, and board governance. He is a business, motivational, and inspirational speaker and has served audiences through conference, workshop, retreat, and key note environments.

Tony is also the founder and Pastor of CrossRoads International Ministries, a leadership and missions based ministry working with ministry leaders in America, Africa, India, Pakistan and Japan.

He and his wife co-founded the North Dakota Autism Connection, a non-profit educational and informational organization that works with children and families living with autism.
