Emily was great to work with. She was very accomodating with music selection for the ceremony (learned new music) and reception and her role within these. Her performance was beautiful - receiving numerous unsolicited comments from many guests regarding how much they enjoyed her playing. We would not hesitate to hire Emily again for future events.

Emily's expert performance significantly upped the ambience of my daughter's bridal shower! I received compliments from our guests that her music was the perfect finishing touch to our beautiful event. Emily has an incredible repertoire across all genres of music and can stylize pieces as requested. She came poised and prepared a half hour before the event and started performing a few minutes before the first guests arrived. She performed seated for the welcome reception and also walked among the tables during our meal! Emily dressed in the perfect all black ensemble as requested but I told family and friends to check out her you tube video so they can see her creative flair with her outfits and body art. Emily performed beautifully for our wedding ceremony and an hour afterward. We are so thankful to her! She even learned my favourite song to play while we were signing the registry. She timed her songs perfectly to the parts of the ceremony. We chose to have a duo, Emily with a pianist. We had many compliments from our guests.

We hired Emily to do 2 hours of music for our wedding and she was fantastic!

She even called to ask what to wear, and wore a blue dress to match my suit! Such a professional, definitely hire her.

Emily played pieces by Ryuichi Sakamoto and Shigeru Umebayashi we had provided only days before our fete and added a beautiful piece by Joe Hisaishi all rounding out and elevating the reading of my husband's poetry; a collection of adorations penned by the love of my life during a five week absence travelling across South Asia.
Emily's skills are unquestionably vast and adaptable whether playing classical pieces before an intimate wedding party in the eclectic rooms of The Darling Mansion or modern music before a hall of thousands. Whether you wish to hear your favourite pop songs or an Adagio for Strings, Emily can play a new piece just by ear or you can opt from her forty page repertoire of music.
