Derek arrived early and played exceptionally!
Our daughter got married the day before and we had a large get together with friends and family .
Everyone commented on how lovely he played and the variety of music was very fitting for our occasion.

Derek played for my brothers 50th birthday and was able to perform a lot of the music my brother likes from his era (electric guitar songs) but in an acoustic style. He was very professional and a gentleman and was a great addition to a garden farm to table celebration. All around great guy! Wishing him well and thankful to have found him so last minute!

Derek was an amazing addition to our wedding! He was super responsive and accommodating leading up to our wedding, learning new songs and sending samples of everything. This summer we asked Derek to play guitar during my husband’s birthday. It was supposed to be at a dinner for extended family in our garden. Due to heavy rain it had to be moved inside, to a much smaller area, but nothing fazed Derek. His music was a wonderful addition to our party. He was as good as he was 10 years ago, also at my husband’s birthday! Thank you Derek for making our party very special!

Derek was an absolute pleasure to have at my small wedding dinner in December. He arrived very early and was already set up by the time I had arrived with my group. On short notice we requested Derek to play at my fathers funeral service, not an easy task. Derek arrived very early, set up and was in place playing well before guests arrived, we also had requested he play some specific pieces as solos during the service and to work with the vocalist and pianist. Derek coordinated with the singer and pianist and accompanied them on some of the pieces which made for an amazingly beautiful combo, his solo pieces were outstanding and led to an overall perfect ambiance during the service. Very easy going and flexible, not to mention incredibly talented, I highly recommend Derek and commend his professionalism.

Derek played for us at our father's 80th birthday party recently. He was absolutely fantastic and many of our guests expressed how the music added such magic to the occasion.
