Authenticity band is comprised of a very unique sound set. The two current members include a string player (ie guitar and ukulele) who makes up one half of the singing duo. Lead vocalist Emily mulvaney is the only remaining original member her voice is set apart for many other female vocalist by her blend of jazz and pop sound. Frankie who plays the instruments and also sings has a rich smooth tone almost like velvet sure to impress at parties weddings and many other events.
Authenticity band was created by two best friends in high school over the years new members have came and left as of now only one original member remains in the band. Emily m and Brittany m of Indiana started there non-traditional group using only a notebook and a violin to start. While Emily is the only remaining original member the style has adapted to everything from ukulele music to r&b.

The only remaining original member has influences ranging from late jazz too early pop and from r&b to garage bands
It is believed that the current second member of authenticity band has a lot of influence specifically from Kurt Cobain
