5 Reviews
Not being from the area, we were not familiar with Tracy but based on his review and what we saw and read on his websit we thought he would be good. That said, we were pleasantly surprised by just how good-- and fun -- he was. Tracy has a great range of songs (which he sings exceptionally well), has a his demeanor and personality made him so easy to work with. Already looking to forward to booking him again in the near future.
P.S. If anyone is looking for an entertainer for Irish/Folk festivals or related events in the KC area, you may want to consider Tracy. So happy we did.

What to Expect
I offer musical services to fit most any venue or event from solo or trio folk/pub music to a 12 piece horn band featuring the music of Chicago, Blood Sweat and Tears and Earth Wind and Fire. Other small ensembles featuring rock and roll, country or jazz are also possible.
Quality sound equipment staging and lights are available to suit each performance from a small PA that can fit into a corner booth of a pub to a full system with a dedicated sound man for larger gigs.
I am dedicated to working with each client to make every performance a great experience for the audience.

Growing up, Tracy was always surrounded by music, and he developed a love for a wide range of genres, including folk, pop country and jazz. As a child sitting in the basement with an old portable record player, he was influenced by The Kingston Trio, Peter Paul and Mary, Doc Severinsen, Roger Miller, Dion and The Belmonts, The Beach Boys and all the rest of his dad’s record collection. His passion for music has driven him to pursue a career as a professional musician, and he continues to strive for excellence in all that he does. Whether he’s performing as a solo folk artist, with the trio “All For Me Grog” or as a guitarist in various bands, Tracy Smith seeks to “kick ass and chew bubble gum, and he’s all out of bubble gum”-(They Live).
