Zyan was great to work with until he went dark. He was timely and there when asked, but the apparently the material wasn't actually videoed/captured. He had to borrow mics from another person because he didn't bring 4 even though I had specified would need that equipment. Now after repeated attempts at outreach he is not responding and we are missing a big part of our investment. I hope this gets resolved and I can update this review as he was a nice guy.
