Originally from Louisville, KY, Trevor Michael is blending his country roots with the indie folk of Denver, CO. His 2011 mid-west move was initially led by his decision to study Finance at Colorado State University. Alongside many years of work in banking post-college, he never stopped pursuing his passion for songwriting and performing. His style is best described as modern mountain folk with a hint of bluegrass - this is especially emphasized during his live performances that frequently feature his dad on fiddle. Trevor Michael released his debut EP "Midsummer Eve" in 2020, leading to his decision to embrace music full-time. He's set to start releasing singles leading up to an EP in late 2022. When not writing or plucking his banjo, he's enjoying every camping, riding dirt bikes, or off-the-grid backpacking.
