T. T. (Opera/Rock/Pop Singer, Dancer, Voice-Actor, Impersonator)

We hired T.T. to sing some of our Mom’s favorite Aria’s for Mother’s Day. Our Mom is a senior citizen who has struggled terribly with the stress caused by isolation, restrictions & altered independent lifestyle caused by the virus lockdown.
Our Mom is a huge Opera lover & needed something to lift her spirits. Well, T.T. provided just the “medicine” she needed.
From the moment we received a reply from T.T. on GigSalad, she was professional & responsive. We requested an Opera singer & for a performer who could sing specific arias that we knew our Mom loved. And because of social distancing needs, the performance would need to be done from the sidewalk outside our Mom’s home. T.T. assured us she could sing the pieces we requested, that she would have no issues singing “in public” (given the unique circumstances) & as an added bonus would dress in costume with full make-up for authenticity.
T.T. arrived on time for the surprise performance, complete with microphone, amplifier & music stand. T.T.’s singing was beautiful & moving, lifting our Mom’s spirits & those of family in attendance & neighbors who followed their ears towards the glorious singing they heard. T.T. sang with confidence & heart & with complete mastery of the material.
We highly recommend T.T. for her follow-through, being so accommodating & most of all, glorious voice. T.T. was a pleasure to deal with & genuinely kind. Our Mom said she sang like an angel.

We were blessed to have TT for our Mother’s service. TT was extremely helpful in doing everything from performing all of the prayers, a praise dance, and sharing her beautiful voice. It was such a pleasure to have T.T. and her fellow dancer Tosin do a praise dance at my 10th Anniversary!! Their dance, and the song that they danced to, were very fitting and added such a special touch to our vow renewal ceremony. I was moved almost to tears as I stood by watching them. The beauty and grace displayed.. I was genuinely touched. It will forever be forged in my memory. Taresa has a beautiful voice and is so easy to work with. She not only came early to set up but she stayed late to mingle and take pictures with everyone that was present. I will definitely have her at other functions in my community. She also tailored her performance to the audience that I had. I highly recommend her!

Taresa sang at my grandmother's funeral service yesterday and was awesome. With very little preparation after changing churches, she quickly and professionally took lead for her parts of the service. We had Taresa at our annual Italian night event. She was fabulous, on time and very professional. I would recommend her !!

Taresa provided excellent service on short notice for our 300+ person event. She sang for our cocktail hour, creating a beautiful ambiance for guests to enjoy before our guest speakers. She was excellent.

Because I am a huge opera fan, but am no longer able to get to the Met at Lincoln Center, my family brought the Met to me, in the person of the lovely and talented Taresa Blunda. It was all planned as a birthday surprise, and it couldn’t have been more glorious! In her stunning title performance from Puccini’s “Madama Butterfly,” Taresa filled the room with the exquisite "Un bel di vedremo," and brought me to tears. Her extraordinary voice was so beautiful, and it was so movingly complemented by her gracefully elegant depiction of this exquisitely tragic heroine.

Taresa followed this deeply moving performance with a particularly challenging aria normally identified with Luciana Pavarotti, but my goodness did she take it on as her own! It was “Nessum dorma,” from Puccini’s Turandot, and it was another powerful performance by this lovely and talented singer.

I’m so grateful to my family for choosing Taresa. She brought an enchanting joy to all, and provided me with a birthday celebration that I won’t forget! Bravo!

We hired Taresa to sing for my Mom's birthday. The performance was a surprise gift, so there was quite a bit of logistics involved to sneak her in, and get everything setup.

Taresa was amazing. From the initial contact, right up until the surprise performance, everything was handled in a super-professional manner. Taresa was incredibly friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, her performance was outstanding. I will never forget the look on my Mom's face when Taresa sang "Un bel di vedremo" from Madama Butterfly.

Taresa truly made this a very special experience for my whole family, and gave my Mom a birthday that she will always remember. I cannot recommend Taresa more highly!

Taresa performed soft and classical selections during dinner service and then ramped it up with some pop/rock for dancing in her final set.
The venue was an award presentation and fundraiser for our local Police-Fire-EMT Departments, but center stage was stolen by TT beginning with her rendition of the Star Spangled Banner to open the program.
Guests were drawn to listen to her over dinner, even though her set was intended to be background music. Her voice is captivating, and all who listened were astonished at her range of vocals and her spot-on rendering of some popular hits. Song selection was tremendous and sufficiently varied to please all attendees.
There was a packed house, so we had basically no room for a dance floor. However, TT had them foot tapping, hand clapping and chair dancing all over the room. Surprisingly, she even took several requests and sang them as if we were listening to the original recording artist.
Several in the room didn't realize the music was live until they saw TT singing.
After the event, I received dozens of compliments. But they were not for my efforts in putting the event together, they were moreover for my selection of the entertainer for the evening.
We would, and will, have TT back for more performances. In fact, the organization will be working together with TT in the near future on a collaboration for the Christmas season. It'll be a "can't miss" event.

Taresa came and sang at my dad's retirement party. She has an amazing voice!

Taresa was wonderful to work with a very accomodating! All of the arrangements were made out of state and she did a wonderful job on short notice!

I thoroughly enjoyed Taresa's latest performance at the Lowes Landmark in Jersey City on March 22, 2014. She is graceful, and elegant in her singing at the same time. She sings with such spirit that I was moved beyond words. I look forward to her next live performance.

I hired Taresa as a singing telegram for my husbands 60th birthday. She was much more then I expected and sang 5 beautiful songs my husband enjoyed. She is a classy lady and well organized. Our venue was a little challenging but she was spectacular!!! Everyone loved her and asked where I found her :). Would hire again and highly recommend.....

Taresa sang arias and Italian classics at the artist reception, "Inspired By Italy" at my fine art gallery, Santa Bannon / Fine Art on Oct. 4, 2013. She was prompt, courteous, professionally dressed for the occasion, and talented and sang all of my favorites. She was flexible as far as a room change even after she had set up her equipment and she was competitively priced. I recommend her!

I saw Taresa perform at the Landmark Loew's Theater in March 2013. She gave an awesome performance. I recently saw her again on August 10th at George Street Playhouse. Taresa just gets better every time! She is a captivating performer and singer. Such a classy and elegant young lady. I love her!

I have had the pleasure of joy seeing this young lady sing at several different venues & a wide range of music. My wife loved her so much that we asked her to sing at our wedding. We were honored to hear her stellar performance of both sacred music at our mass and classical crossover songs at our reception. Teresa ("TT") sings like an angel!! She is a very talented young woman with an incredible voice! She performed at my wedding ceremony and during the reception and everybody present raved about her performance. Recently she performed at a Christmas Concert at a church in Passaic, NJ (Dec. 15, 2012). Everybody in attendance were very impressed by her voice and her varied selection of songs. She sings opera, classical, religious, as well as contemporary songs...all with professionalism and flare!

My wife likes the songs of Sarah Brightman and Phantom of the Opera, so my aunt told me to hire TT who sings these types of songs.... so she performed at my wife's 50th surprise birthday party.  Amazing singer who looks like a celebrity walking into the room... the look... the voice and she is super friendly and easy to work with.  No diva attitude at all.  I also knew she sings pop songs and my wife likes Pat Benetar so I requested in advance two 80's rock songs after the opera and TT cranked out the 80's rock tunes without effort and did it in a different outfit to look the part.  Definite "A List" performer here.  ...We are hiring her to sing at our daughter's church wedding mass and reception for 2013. Love her!

I attended this "Night of Stars" concert because I heard there were some wonderful singers performing. When I heard Teresa, I then realized that I had seen/heard her perform years back at CAMI Hall in NYC at a concert called "POPRA" (pop and opera songs) where she performed solo and with the late Phoebe Snow (who I read was also a student of Teresa's voice coach, the late Mario Lisanti). All the sopranos at "Night of Stars' concert were awesome but I especially will always remember Teresa because she is so pretty and is one of a kind and stands out in a crowd. Her voice is a "must hear" and her stage presences is a "must see". Her voice clearly reflects the inner beauty within her heart and soul and she shares it openly with audience members. She even spent time mingling with guests after the concert and it was very late in the evening. She sings opera as well as she sings pop and it's like hearing and seeing 5 different sounding/looking performers all wrapped up into one powerhouse female singer. You rock TT. See you at your next concert and I'm bringing the family next time.

I am a young guy who doesn't know much about opera but my mom and dad are lifelong opera fans who have seen concerts at big venues like Lincoln Center and Metropolitan Opera so they know about great singers. I hired Teresa for to perform at my parents' surprise 60th wedding anniversary party and she floored everyone with her voice! (and looks absolutely stunning in her opera gown by the way :). My parents cried tears of joy and wouldn't stop hugging her when she finished singing so i asked her to stay a bit longer/overtime to perform a few more songs and she suggested some pop songs and she quickly changed gears... and also her voice style and sequins pants to match the pop songs she then belted out from different decades and the guests started dancing!. Truly incredible performer she is and pretty as a picture, down to earth and totally professional attitude. She greeted my Mom and Dad as if they were a real "royal couple" and they haven't stopped talking about her since. The best gift ever! We can't wait to see her in her next public concert. 10 stars for you Teresa and my entire family loves you! Thank you for your gift of voice! Hugs from my family.
