After coming into a head on battle with mental health during my time of recovery from addiction, I struggled for 8 years learning how to manage everyday life, and tried doing so on my own.
About three years ago, I started surrounding myself with others who had their own struggles, yet had found a way to overcome many of their challenges through mindset and community. Since then, I have overcome many of my challenges of mental health, and have been actively participating in Toastmasters, and have spoken on the radio, sharing my story in hopes to inspire, encourage, and motivate others, and to provide the resources and tools of mindset to others so they too can gain an edge in their lives.
