Tuxedo Jimmy

Tuxedo Jimmy does a great job making balloons for our very large and busy event every year. He and his wife are great to work with and his enthusiasm and skill are a great addition to the family friendly event we produce each year.

We recently had a birthday party for our 3 year old twins and booked both Tuxedo Jimmy and Annie Apron. From the start, they were extremely professional and easy to work with. They responded to calls/emails in a VERY timely fashion, confirmed a couple of days before the event, showed up on time, and even stayed a little longer for a couple of late arrivals. Both the kids and adults had a blast with the balloons, face painting and temporary tattoos. They were also wonderful and very patient with the kids, not an easy feat with 20+ 2-3 year olds. I would highly recommend both Tuxedo Jimmy and Annie Apron and will most likely use them again in the future. Thank you for making my kids' birthday a hit!

Jimmy was Fabulous! He was energetic and fun! Children were amazed at his wonderful balloon creations and loved his fun jokes! He took all special requests and made custom creations for children without a worry. He rode a unicycle to entertain and told children's jokes to make the time in line pass easily, all while he produced incredible balloon art! We highly recommend him and will contact him for every event! We also hired Chandra who is a wonderful Face painter and artist. She did a beautiful job as well. We had over 200 children at this event and all were given balloon art . Thank you to Jimmy and Chandra who did a Fabulous job!

Jimmy is great to work with and handles very large crowds and lines very well. We will definitely hire him again.

He also brought his own helium tank which really enabled things to happen quicker

Metropolitan Products hires Tuxedo Jimmy to entertain and perform at The Portland Seafood and Wine Festival and The Yard Garden and Patio show and he does a fantastic job entertaining kids and kids-at-heart!

We had Tuxedo Jimmy at our Costco Heroes Celebration and he had a line of kids solid for 3 hours. He kept them amused with his corny (perfect and appropriate) jokes while they waited, and was very positive and friendly. Great job!

We had Tuxedo Jimmy for entertainment at our neighborhood BBQ. The children absolutely loved him. My children got plenty of his balloon creations to take home and couldn't stop talking about him for days after the event. They have already requested Jimmy and Chandra for their birthday parties.

Tuxedo Jimmy was a complete hit at our annual company picnic. We had about 60 children in attendance and it was a very warm day. Jimmy was great with all the kids and the balloon art that he created was brilliant. The kids loved him! We will be bringing him back next year for sure!

We were so pleased with Tuxedo Jimmy's performance at our neighborhood party. He arrived on time, set up his gear, and thrilled our audience of all ages. Jimmy made what seemed like hundreds of balloon hats with crazy, funky, and awesome designs. He told jokes, was extremely patient with the kids, and was one of the highlights of our event. We have already booked him for next year.

We asked Jimmy to adapt to a more adult theme for a 39 year old's birthday party and he really delivered. Hilarious and very talented! Thanks Jimmy!

I hired Tuxedo Jimmy for a joint b-day party for my 1 year old daughter and 4 year old son. Jimmy also brought his wife Chandra to help assist him. They're a great duo and Jimmy really amazed and astounded the crowd with his unique and creative balloon creations. We had about 12 kids and 20 or so adults...and he pretty much turned the adults into kids :) No one had really seen any balloons like this before. From minions, to elephant masks, aliens, robots, jetpacks, wands, bows and arrows, etc. I'm sure whatever you can think of, Jimmy could probably make. Even some of the adults wanted a balloon made for them and he pretty much captivated everyone. Jimmy and Chandra were both really friendly and personable too, and Chandra was great to work with on the phone when we discussed and setup the event. They were so cool even though we were making a last minute request...the day before the event! They happened to have an open slot that worked for us. All our guests raved about Tuxedo Jimmy. He really worked hard and was literally making balloons at an insane pace for every minute he was there! We even had to fit in a little side event we had in our party agenda for about 10 minutes for the pinata...and Jimmy still continued to churn out balloons for everyone while the kids shifted focus to the pinata. We'll definitely be calling them again in the future for some of our other family events!

Our orthodontic office had Tuxedo Jimmy at a summer party we hosted last year. We loved him so much, we brought him back this year!! All of our patients loved how creative he is! Hes the perfect entertainer:)

We had our 100th Birthday Bash for the MJCC and Jimmy was Fantastic ! He was entertaining with juggling and his balloon designs were innovative and fun ! Everyone - all ages loved his show and balloons ! I will hire him again.

We had Tuxedo Jimmy and helper-wife Chandra make an amazing balloon sculpture and create super fun hats for our high school grad night party last week. The kids loved the silliness of it and it made for really fun photos.

Jimmy did an excellent job at my child's birthday party! Very creative and funny, also juggles. My biggest compliment would be that Jimmy works FAST, not too much waiting around for the kids.

I hired tuxedo Jimmy and his wife Chandra for my daughters 6th birthday party. It was the best child's party I've been to and everyone there raved about what a great job Jimmy and Chandra did with the kids. Jimmy spent the party making amazing balloons for the kids. The theme of the party was Despicable Me and Jimmy made amazing minion balloon figures. He did an amazing job entertaining the kids with flying balloons and magic tricks. Chandra did an amazing job face painting, even the adults got their faces painted because she was so good and made it so much fun. I feel that Jimmy and Chandra went above and beyond what their descriptions were, the children absolutely loved them and I would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend others to hire them for a child party or any event involving children.

Jimmy has been great to work with for the last 2 years. We produce a very large event with high volume, and he is great at keeping things moving along and keeping kids happy!

This was our second year hiring Jimmy for our school carnival, and I really appreciated how dedicated he is to continuing to improve. I thought he was great to start with, but he has become faster and more creative. He was great with kids and very popular.

Jimmy was on time, fast and creative with the kids. I would use him again in a heartbeat. It was also pouring down rain and that didn't stop him at all. He was very easy to communicate with before and after the event. The price was very reasonable and he even found a second balloon artist for me at the same price. All over excellent price, service and creativity.

Jimmy & Chandra came to our Client Appreciation Party being held in the parking lot of our complex. We hadn't expected the worst storm of the season to deluge us with rain and wind. They took it all in stride and entertained our wet guests. I would highly recommend them.

We hired Jimmy for our Annual Open House at Daimler Trucks North America in August. Jimmy was great, he was prepared ahead of time with balloons already blown up and he kept up with the non-stop pace. The kids were lined up for the whole three hours, this was one of the most popular area of our Open house and we will definitely have Jimmy back next year.

Gilman Park Assisted Living hosted a resident, staff and family Western BBQ . Tuxedo Jimmy was a welcome addition. Everyone enjoyed his elaborate balloon art. He was a favorite with all age groups.

Tuxedo Jimmy was a hit at our company picnic. I received lots of positive comments from our employees on the post picnic survey. He worked well with both kids and adults.

Tuxedo Jimmy made some of the coolest balloon creations I have ever seen. He is so creative and was great with the kids! The best part was that our executives were very impressed and the kids stayed entertained and happy for the whole company picnic!

Tuxedo Jimmy was a first to our company BBQ and he was a great! he came recommended by a co worker and would recommend him :) he was on time and very patient with the kids as he worked on balloon after balloon with a cheerful attitude. He would make suggestions for the kids if they came up to him not knowing what they wanted and left happy with his suggestion. A birthday party or event with kids, a must!

Jimmy was a great addition to our event last month! We hired him for our son's combined birthday party ( 1 year old & 3 year old ). We had 40 guests attending. Jimmy arrived early, was very professional , & entertained all our guests ( adult & kids alike ). He took requests, made amazingly detailed balloon animals / toys; including a giant monkey in our living room as guest were arriving. I loved having the giant monkey to greet our guests !!!!!!!! : )

We absolutely loved having Jimmy as our entertainer for about 25 kids aged 1 to 5 for our second daughter's 1st birthday party. He arrived earlier than promised time to get ready, which was very professional of him. And we were amazed by the artistry of his balloon twisting. His creations were appreciated equally by adults and kids. He was very friendly with kids and they LOVED him. We didn't have to prepare party favors and instead had kids each take 2+ balloon creations and that was more than enough. We had just tossed away 4 balloon arts (two flowers, a birthday cake, and a man in suit) which had my 3 year old daughter nearly in tears. Anyway, enough said, hire the guy and you won't regret it!

I found Tuxedo Jimmy on this site for my son's birthday party. Tuxedo Jimmy and his wife was great to work with. He was excellent with the kids as well as the adults. He made some really intricate designs with balloons that was a huge hit with everyone. The biggest hit was the bow and arrows. I would recommend him to my friends who might be looking for a kids entertainer.

We had Jimmy and his facepainting partner come in for a themed event at our university and went into it with low expectations. Not only did he exceed my expectations, but he had a line for balloon creations the entire night- no breaks, no easy requests either. He kept up with the demanding collegiate imaginations of about 300 students; who by the way, are very hard to impress. The event was a huge success because of him! He brought a giant balloon monkey that helped draw more students into the event and students loved their airbrush tattoos and balloon souvenirs. Worth every penny to book this guy.

Tuxedo Jimmy did a great job with a large crowd. He was very energetic, talented, and enthusiastic. We were so glad he was there!

First time we hired a balloon twister for our TBall Jamboree, a Little League event. With potentially 100 kids there, Tuxedo Jimmy came prepared with pre-blown balloons so he could get started immediately creating individualized requests. I was expecting poodles and hearts, etc. Boy was I wrong! Kids loved him and his amazing creations. Even the 10-11 year olds were fascinated, not just the 4-7 yr group. Jimmy also told us when we could capture a lower rate when rebooking. Lakeside Little League, Portland, OR

I hired Jimmy to entertain and decorate for my partners surprise birthday party. He did amazing work, arrived to event venue early with balloon art ready to go, and was so accomodating. He was great to work with and all the guests (all adults) raved about Jimmy and how great the room looked full of Jimmy's balloon art. Balloons are for kids of any age!

Tuxedo Jimmy was amazing at our Children's Festival, which always draws a big crowd and is demanding work. The parents we talked to loved his work and generally felt that the fun and unique designs he offered were well worth the wait in line. He had great presence of mind to let us know an hour before the event was over that the line should end, based on how many balloons he could reasonably make in that hour, which helped with crowd control and happy parents and kids. He was a big part of the entertainment at this event which includes many other areas of entertainment. I have worked with several balloon artists and would absolutely recommend him.

We had Tuxedo Jimmy for a 200 people event: International Night. Everyone loved his work; he is creative, fast and can do whatever you are asking him to. Made our night much more fun and colorful!

I ran into Jimmy two days before my son's birthday while visiting Saturday Market. I hired him for my son's fourth birthday and he made it such a hit! He kept both children and adults alike engaged and entertained for hours. He was able to make a broad assortment of incredible balloon creations even by request. Some favorites were the monkey and the very cool jet-packs! Everyone had something to take home (my whole back-seat was filled!). His pricing for the service he provides was more than a bargain. Afterwards he even removed the decorations we had overlooked that were still hanging from the picnic structure we had the party at. He goes above and beyond and just has an amazing positive attitude!
