We’re U2.0, a group of passionate musicians dedicated to recreating the sound, energy, and spirit of U2. We can support an entire show with complete lighting and sound. We use a professional compact setup for our performances. Our gear includes a full QSC PA system strong enough to support a large venue, or quiet enough to support a smaller setting.

Guitar / Bass:
Bill and Andrew play through combo amps. These are small in size and sound amazing
Drums:
Mike plays electronic drums. They are compact and have volume control.
Keyboards:
Andrew uses a single keyboard with stand and several sound enhancing instruments.

If Venue Supplied:
Should you prefer to supply the equipment, to ensure the best experience for your audience, U2.0 has the following technical requirements for our live performances:

Stage & Space Requirements:
Minimum Stage Size: 20’ wide x 15’ deep (larger preferred for full production).
Stage Surface: Flat, stable, and free of obstructions.

Sound Requirements:
PA System: High-quality, professional-grade sound system capable of filling the venue.
Mixing Console: Minimum 8 channels with reverb and delay effects.
Monitors: At least 2 floor monitors, with separate mixes if possible.

Mics & DI Boxes:
3 vocal mics (preferably Shure SM58 or equivalent).
DI box for bass guitar.
Direct lines for full drum kit (or stereo out).
Mic for guitar amp.

Lighting Requirements:
Basic Setup: Minimum of 8 LED PAR lights (front and back wash).
Advanced Setup (Preferred): Moving head fixtures, strobes, and haze machine for enhanced atmosphere.

Power Requirements:
Electrical Supply: Minimum of 4 separate 15-amp circuits for sound, lights, and backline.
Backline (If Provided by Venue):
Drum Kit: 5-piece kit with hardware, snare, and cymbals.
Bass Amp: 300W+ with DI out.
Guitar Amp: Fender, Vox, or equivalent with 50W minimum.
Keyboard: Full 88-key weighted keyboard with sustain pedal.

Other Requirements:
Soundcheck: Minimum 1-hour soundcheck prior to doors opening.
Green Room: Private space for band preparation (with water and seating).
