We booked Sean for our son’s 1st birthday party and he was the absolute best!!! He was very friendly and professional and our guests loved all his creative cocktails and mocktails!!! He definitely made our event a huge success.

We hired a bartender for my wife’s birthday party. Our bartender Zora did a wonderful job. Arrived early to set up and was very engaging with the guests. She asked what my wife liked to drink and was ready with whenever she came up, even brought the drinks to her. Great job.

Good Evening - just catching up to say thank you. Your staff was great. They knew I how to pivot when necessary and made it work with what was there. I had A LOT of food and ran out of space lol - The ladies were professional courteous and pleasant.

I had a surprise bday party for my wife and hired Ultimate Affairs Event Planners to bartend for the night. Our bartender arrived 30min early and setup everything needed to start on time. Our bartender Bri was very professional and made great drinks. Bro kept the bar area clean at all times and cleaned up her area before she left. I definitely recommend them for all your event needs

Sean and his staff were great from start to finish. From our initial consultation to the day of the event they were courteous, friendly and professional. They arrived early which was a major plus, and promptly set up their stations. The cost was reasonable and the drinks were delicious. We hired UA Event planners for our baby shower. We had 1 bartender and 2 servers. The staff was prompt and ready to set up as soon as they arrived at the venue, but they also was happy to help in areas that in no way pertained to bartending or serving food. They was also instrumental in helping with clean up at the end of the night, making sure all the alcohol was safely put away and food was covered and packed away. Hosting our first baby shower I was extremely happy to hear my guest complimenting UA Event planners. Furthermore, the owner Sean, was always very quick to get back to us and to thoroughly answer any questions we had. We 100% recommend UA Event planners for all your events.

My event was on 9/5 and from the moment I reached out to UAE Planners for catering services, they were nothing short of professional. Sean was prompt and followed up as needed. I also worked with Nat from Savvy’s Catering who provided the meal service. She was an absolute delight to work with. She was pleasant, direct, very responsive and was able to offer suggestions. To top it off, the food was so so good! My guests were very pleased and are still talking about the food. Kudos to the entire team. They had umbrellas and you were getting soaking wet. I told you to stop serving drinks and come get underneath the tent, you just kept on serving drinks to our guests. Sean was a wonderful addition to my bridesmaid party. He arrived early, setup his own bar ( which he was kind enough to bring along) and was all set by the time guests began arriving. He made great drinks and delivered amazing service! I have used UAEP before so I knew they would be great any way ! But My night would not have been as fun without sean. I would definitely use UAEP’s and Sean's service again.

We've known Sean for many years, first introduced professionally at a private event. Sean and his Partner Patrick did my 40th birthday party and it was only natural we would invite him to provide services for my mother-in-law's birthday as well. Sean and his team arrived an hour ahead of the start time, immediately set up the bar station and the servers assisted in final touches. My guests were thoroughly impressed at the exceptional service displayed all afternoon into evening. It was the best decision made when hosting to have the additional hands to help. It was extremely hot outside but they wore masks and gloves when serving food and greeted everyone with amazing smiles. Sean is the master mixologist of course and kept the guests returning for more. I cannot say enough, but their raise the bar on all things necessary for your private events. They are highly recommended.

We had such a lovely time with Sean. We were just looking for someone to make alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for our small backyard party, and he was great! His drinks were delicious. Sean was friendly, laid back, and professional. We had him bring us drinks while we did had a hibachi chef. He brought his own fruit and napkins. I would totally recommend him for your next event!

Sean was amazing. He arrived about a half hour early to set up before the event. He was Uber prepared for the job. brought with him his own table, bar, table clothes, mixers, shakers, porters and garnishes. He was super professional and pleasant. He memorized my drink of choice! I am an extremely detail oriented, picky person so it takes a lot to impress me, so when I hired UAEP to cater a birthday party for my mom and dad it was because I trusted them to execute my vision for the night and they completely wowed me. I was left speechless with how professional they were thru out the night.

There were over 150 guests and the team catered to everyone’s needs and made everyone feel welcomed and catered to. The UAEP team were early, prepared, professional, friendly, accommodating and even thought of things that I had not even thought of to make the night extra special.
