This laughter-inducing, memory-triggering, fully-interactive, and group-based music trivia party is quite unlike a typical sit-in-your-seat trivia night. In fact, it’s a totally unique teambuilding event. Questions are presented by an experienced DJ-style host who reveals the answers by playing the actual songs. Attendees are then encouraged to get up and participate in various activities together to earn “Bodacious Bonus Points.” Team play makes this an amazing time for everyone!
“This event was a super positive, hilarious party that had even the most introverted up and dancing. Fantastic for a pre-conference meet and greet. Highly recommend.” – James Foley, President, BookBaby Publishing
Tami and Tom were an absolute blast and created such a memorable experience for my husbands 50th birthday celebration. Our guest are still talking about the 70 and 80's gameshow party that had them reminisicing, laughing and dancing! What really made working with Ulimate Mix Tape Live so special was the time Tami took to learn more about my husband, previous to the event, such as, favorite bands, teen crushes, "way back when" funny stories from friends and family, all of which was incorporate into the gameshow and made for some "Ulitmate" personal touches and "Ultimate" laughs. Tami and Tom came early to set-up and were dressed to impress in that 70's look that will forever be unfogetable. At the end, they handed my husband a gift which was a mug of his favorite band and a card of his young hollywood crush! When I say from beginning until end, you will be satisfied, I really mean it! From that first call, you'll experience the Ultimate Mix Tape Live magic! If you need someone to handle the entertainment for your event, do not look further. Tami will have your guests entertained and create a memorable event that will last a lifetime.

Thank you, Jeanette! You and all of your friends and family were an absolute delight and made it a special evening for us as well, welcoming us as if we'd known each other for years. It was definitely "Nothin' But a Good Time!"
“I’m a natural introvert. I don’t dance in public, and I certainly don’t sing Bon Jovi songs at the top of my lungs, except, apparently, when I’m at Ultimate Mix Tape Live! I bonded with my group and had friends for the rest of the conference. (And we won!)”

Brittany, it was so great to see your team kick tail at the conference! You guys totally dove into the theme and seemed to have a blast. It's people like you who take this to the next level! Congrats on winning, too. :)
I was expecting an average night of music trivia. I was wrong. This event was a super positive, hilarious, trivia, sing-a-long, dance party that had even the most introverted up and literally dancing on their chairs. The hosts were absolutely amazing! This was such a fantastic idea for a pre-conference meet and greet night. I’LL REMEMBER THE PEOPLE I MET AT THIS EVENT FOREVER. Highly recommend!

Ultimate Mix Tape Live! is a no-worry show! We provide the DJ(s), materials, decorations, props, and prizes. You provide the location, basic room setup, and the attendees. It’s also a clean show—no dirty jokes or cussing, here. UMT Live! can take place indoors or outdoors and accommodate groups of 25 to 200. Attendees will sit in teams of 5–10 and work together to earn points, both by answering questions properly and by participating in activities as a group for Bodacious Bonus Points. The questions are read by our engaging host who then reveals the answers by playing part of the song and prescribing the action required to earn the extra points. It may be creating an air band, faux roller skating, or acting out the song. The team working together in the most creative way is awarded the points. Of course, the team with the most points at the end wins, with each team member receiving a fanny pack stuffed with nostalgic goodies. We encourage our clients to provide company-related prizes as well. Oh, and please encourage everyone to dress for the decade!
