Tim was wonderful. The story, photos and props were great. The kids loved every minute. He was patient, kind and great during pictures!

We have had Upstate Santa, Tim Sonefelt, year after year for a library program. He is always AWESOME! He is not just great for the children, but he even has the adults believing in Santa and the magic of Christmas!

Awesome experience with Santa. Our clients were thrilled as were their children. We received lots of great feedback from our event. Tim was professional and kind hearted, a true Santa in every way. He was gentle with those kiddos who were anxious, making attempts to engage them in conversation which allowed parents to snap photos even if it wasn't the traditional photo with Santa. He told great stories and answered a multitude of questions. He really was amazing. We would use him again without hesitation.

Tim is the best! Families love him and kids respond well to him. Tim is consistently easy to work with and reliable. His costume is beautiful and his makeup looks very natural. We'll invite him back every year.

Wow. Santa exceeded all of our expectations. Great for all ages. I think the adults enjoyed his visit as much as the kids. This Ho Ho Home Visit was a dose of normalcy, infused with MAGIC!! This Santa was the highlight of our holidays! I BELIEVE!!!

This was an extra special experience for my granddaughter having Santa visit her at our home. Santa’s look was top notch and his personality really fits the part of Santa. The entire visit was magical and I know this is a wonderful memory that will be etched in my granddaughter’s heart forever.

Me and my husband could not stop talking about Upstate Santa Tim! He made the visit with my two boys so magical. He spent time answering their questions, showing pictures of the reindeer, and talking to both individually. Santa Tim goes over the top by making it known he’s the real Santa by saying their names and knowing the name of their elf on the shelf and their teachers name! We were blown away and will use him again !!

Tim is absolutely amazing. He had the entire crowd's attention - children and adults. We had several kids at our event who have been questioning whether Santa is real or not. After Tim's visit and pictures and stories, there is no doubt that Santa is real...heck, most of the adults who attended are believers again as well. He literally brings the magic of Christmas to life!

There seriously are not enough GREAT things to say about Tim. We invite him back for the same event year after year (have already booked him again for 2020!!) and everyone continues to RAVE about him. He is so interactive with the kids and meets them on their level. He truly is the REAL Santa Claus. If you need a Santa for your event- hire him now!!!

This review is for public library event visit: Not only does he look, sound and act the part of Santa, the stories and pictures of the reindeer just add to the magic. Time spent about 25 min. telling us about the reindeer and describing the different types of fairy dust and the children (and adults) were enthralled the entire time. During the picture session not a single child was upset as you often see will "mall Santa" pictures. Tim interacted with each child and family individually. It was a wonderful experience and we are already looking at doing it again next year.

Wow! We were so impressed by Tim and his personification of Santa Claus. He was the perfect addition to our Holiday Party and even graciously stayed a little late to ensure that all of our staff was able to get pictures after the event finished up. He embodied the Christmas spirit and brought holiday magic to the event.

Santa Tim was the perfect Santa for our Corporate office. He was asked to visit each employee (approximately 600) on four floors of our building to provide each with a holiday gift. He walked in at 8am that morning and went right to work with almost no direction. The employees loved seeing and conversing with him and many wanted pictures. Santa Tim also stayed to mingle with employees during our holiday luncheon. Santa Tim will definitely be our first pick for next Christmas if we go this same route again.

Upstate Santa held the attention of 25 enthralled children and adults at our holiday family event. He was prompt, attentive - absolutely terrific!

Tim was authentic in appearance and genuine in his interaction - we had children of all ages - and some children, who were differently abled. Tim was patient, kind and connecting. Once he finished with the pictures, he even took the time to walk around the room and mingle! This is our second year having him at our event, and we will have him, again, in the future!

Tim was the most authentic Santa I have ever been around. We used him for a photoshoot for Southern Fried Cotton and TigerTown Graphics, and he stayed in character even throughout the photoshoot! He was phenomenal. His professionalism in combination with his sense of humor ensures your event with Santa will be a success. When I think of everything Santa should be, it is Tim! Hire him for your next event if you want it to be an absolute HIT!

Last night my team and I hosted a Christmas event for our clients and families and we invited Santa out to spend the night with us and wow were we glad we did!!! Santa was WONDERFUL!! He was so great with all ages of kids! And was so sweet and great even if the ones that were shy! Santa also took plenty of pictures with adults and maybe even photobombed a picture or two hahaha!! All of our guests loved him and had a great time!!! We would absolutely invite Santa back to one of our events!! Thank you for a fun night!

Santa Tim was the featured guest at our Breakfast with Santa. He met all the children, took photographs with them and shared stories with the group. He was amazing in his interaction with the children and families. His reindeer stories were fabulous and the children were completely mesmerized. He is the best Santa I have ever seen at an event in the Upstate.

Tim (Santa) is so good with kids of all ages and even the parents! He came for 2 days of photo sessions at our home/barn for rustic style photos with the kids. It could not have been more perfect all around. His responses to the kids' random questions were perfect. Very convincing! And you can tell he loves what he does.

I don't even know what to say about Tim Sonefelt (aka, Santa). Tim came with us to the BiLo childrens Chairty Cancer Center on December 22nd, and spent a couple hours with the kids going in for their appointments. He was absolutely wonderful. He was in character the whole time, knew when to give the scared children their space, allowed anyone to take pictures with him, and put smiles on the kids, and parents alike. It was a very humbling experience, and wouldn't have been the same without Santa. His outfit was great, and he had hilarious jokes that made the kids laugh! I would recommend him to absolutely anyone and everyone!

Tim was so easy to work with and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Since this was our first experience he offered lots of suggestions but didn't force you to do things his way. Tim was incredible. I have 4 children, ages infant-9 years old. Tim surprised them, held their attention with stories and props, and took incredible one on one time with them. He was so in depth with the stories, he even had me believing he was actually Santa!! Would recommend to anyone. So many memories were created with my family due to Tim.

What an incredible experience! Santa actually visited our house yesterday. Only he could keep a room full of young kids absolutely spellbound for nearly an hour. Who knew the true stories of each reindeer or how Santa can get to every house in one night? We are getting endless emails from parent and grandparent party guests thanking us for a once in a lifetime experience. All we can say is THANK YOU Santa. We Believe!!!!!!!

We had Santa Tim for our corporate family holiday party last weekend and he was an absolute show stopper for our little guests. They were in absolute awe of Santa's story telling, and magic tricks...he was a complete hit and a great success. The kids are still talking about it one week later....as well as the adults...he's a charmer for all ages!

I had the pleasure of hiring Tim for a corporate event in Atlanta on 12/4/14. He arrived on time already in Santa character. He was extremely professional and truly played his part to a tee! I know he usually works with children so working with adults may not be easy, but he was awesome with each and every one. If you are looking for the "real" Santa, Tim is your guy!

We had Santa come to our studio for a day of sittings with children. He was great and really made the children feel comfotable around him. If they were scared, he got them to come around and warm up to him. It was great and we will be doing it again.

I've seen Tim Sonefelt perform for children many times at different venues. Yes, he's worth hiring again and again. His ability to relate with children while entertaining the adults makes him a true pro. But he's been doing this a long time so it's expected that he would be that good.

I had the opportunity to see Upstate Santa Tim Sonefelt in Pigeon Forge TN. He was performing in front of about 300 people and I was mesmerized. He is a great entertainer. Watching him perform was wonderful. You will be very lucky if you have Santa Tim as your Santa. I give him my highest recommendation.
