Urban Circus is a Cutting Edge Creative Company Specializing in Interdimensional Entertainment, Education, and Production. We offer Aerial Arts Education, Production, and Performance as well as Professional Training Programs and Talent Booking for World Class Artists in Miami, NYC, LA, and Internationally! #flyhigher
I have hired Kaleesa Seanna for events in NYC since 2011 and have had a perfect experience with booking through her company - the aerialists are safe and skilled, and the photos and videos that remain show how we made history by integrating aerial and acrobatics into our parties.
I would highly recommend urban circus for any event, and if you are lucky enough to get Kaleesa herself, don’t think twice!
Response from Urban Circus International:
Thank you Sean! As one of our first supporters and clients and a long time professional in nightlife and entertainment we are so grateful for your support!
This was the best performance I've ever seen. The minute I asked Kaleesa from Urban Circus if they could create a performance for me she was 100% on board and ready to make it happen. There was great communication throughout the entire process leading up to my event and it was more then I could've ever imagined. All of our guests were blown away. I will definitely use urban circus for my future events and tell all of my friends to do the same!
Response from Urban Circus International:
Thank you so much Jessica, we feel the same about you, a pleasure to work with on every level!

My biggest thanks for my circus career goes out to Lorenzo Santabarbara of Le Cirque Centre, the man who gave us all the wings to fly, and thereby changed the history of the circus world more than once through all his students.
An unsung hero of the circus world, Lorenzo was an artist and director who gave me the foundations of aerial vocabulary that would later allow me to launch the first academically certified Aerial Program in the US, as well as professional training programs in Lebanon, Guatemala, and Greece. He was also an amazing director who brought the best out of the kids he taught by letting them take their own creative control over much of their act while also giving them the tools to build amazing shows together.
Even now, after touring 71 countries, I have not seen a more creative and powerful kid's circus school than the one that I was so privileged to go to - it changed all our lives, and I will forever be grateful.
Along the way, I was inspired by many other amazing artists. Terry Crane, Laura Stokes, Elsie & Serenity Smith (all of whom Lorenzo brought to teach workshops in our little circus chaos palace when i was young) were my first idols, with their perfect lines, spectacular swings, and clean dynamics - but more than that they were also profoundly human, kind, compassionate, they cared about our safety and wanted us to level up for our lives - as they did depend on it. Tremendously inspiring.
Later, when I moved to New York City, for University, I would encounter more great artists, who would forever inspire me - Francoise Voranger, the founder of Hybrid Movement Company; Shoko Tamai, the founder of Ninja Ballet; Akil Davis, the founder of LoudSOL; Equiano Mosieri, who would feature heavily in some of our world premieres as an actor and musician; Megan Hornaday, my fearless flying companion through far too many gifs to count; and too many more to begin to name here. It was a breeding ground for artists.
In Lebanon, I was blessed and honored to become the Artistic Director in residence at the Palace Beirut, a historic venue and the biggest theatre in the country. From there we changed the history of the Middle East, doing four World Premieres combining Aerial, Fire, Music, Dance, and Storytelling with Immersive Performance shattering the invisible wall between artist and audience and the invisible ceiling on circus arts in the region.
During that time, I was incredibly inspired by our talent of Urban Tribe Lebanon, by Acrobats, Dancers and Choreographers like Omar Dilati, Mo Khansa, and Roudy Bader who worked tirelessly together along with dozens of others who you will see named in our videos to create our shows.
Even more, I was inspired by Mohammad, who worked for the Palace, and who continued to open the doors to the theatre every day so that we could practice...even as bombs fell on his family and children in Damascus. I knew what we were doing was so important. But it also never feels like enough.
And now, as Lebanon lays in ruins, and I build up programs in Guatemala, Greece, and Miami Beach, and send the money to my horses, I am inspired also by my horses, who are still there, who are my reason to keep working, the loves of my lives who are my other circus <3 I give credit and thanks also to my mentor and coach Firaz Hamzeh and Hamid Talal of Ramis Equestrian Club, who gave me the tools to transition from being a Rider and Trainer to being a GREAT rider and trainer, to be able to take off my hands at full gallop with no bit and sing to the wind, and to tour and teach Liberty Work in stables around the world.
I am also inspired by what we are doing right now, both in Miami and in Guatemala - we are now forming a new company, called Circo Tribu, founded on a vision of co-creating shows, films, and programs that work together towards global equality. We are offering Professional Training Programs, Performances, and more all around the world - and ready to fly in to the future, ever better - Together!
