Valerie Rose presents songs and dance tunes from the great Irish / Celtic tradition. Hearkening back to the pioneers of the Celtic folk music revival such as Clannad and Altan, Valerie’s arrangements of traditional Irish tunes and songs are spiced with rich harmonies and playful interchanges between voice and instruments. Audiences find captivating the pure, haunting quality of her voice and the vibrant intensity of her fiddling. With each piece, she brings to life the transcendent beauty of Celtic melodies and the joyous energy of the Irish tradition’s jigs, reels and hornpipes.
We had the Valerie Rose Irish Band at our club for Saint Patrick's Day. Their music is fantastic, covering a variety of Irish songs using a range of musical instruments. A great match for this events.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Valerie Rose. Valerie Rose, Jason and Lewis played beautiful music at my husband's Celebration of Life Service. Their music was enjoyed by all including those in Ireland who live-streamed the service.

Had The Valerie Rose Band play at a friend's 100th Birthday Party a week ago and they were awesome!
They played music for all the ages in attendance and everyone loved them! Another high light
was when they had the crowd do a few sing a long songs. That was a big hit! I'd hire them again in a heart beat! In fact, the place where the event was held even wants to keep their contact info so they can hire them in the future too! Also, Valerie was more than a pleasure to work with! Don't think you can wrong with The Valerie Rose Band!

The Valerie Rose band is wonderful. Their music was just what we wanted for our brunch. Live Irish music playing in the background while friends and family caught up. They watched the crowd and took queues. I’d hire them again! Great musicians!
