Velvet Martini Dance Company

Because I have been an audience member myself for several different kinds of dance performances, I created our show to be diverse enough to never make any audience member even glance at their watch! First, we incorporate many styles of dance, and all of our ladies are professional dancers. Then, the number of Velvet girls on stage always changes, from solos, duets, trios, or group numbers. Our costumes keep changing as well. Whether we have our sparkly paints on to all black. We also incorporate layers which means stripping:) The one aspect that we get the most positive feedback on is our crowd participation. We are known to pull up the birthday boy or bachelor and have a little fun with him in the spot light!

The Velvet Martini Dance Company is a group of strong, independent women who are not afraid to show their sexuality. Through sexy and tantalizing choreography, these ladies reveal their versatile backgrounds. Just like every martini has its own distinct flavor, every Martini Girl adds her own special taste to the company. By using an array of musical genres, Velvet Martini is able to use multiple styles of dance and garnish it with a burlesque twist. In the ingredients of any Velvet Martini show, all the emotions that a real woman goes through can be found. Of course, the bigger the stage the better. However, we all are professionals, and we have danced on small stages. Maybe adjustments had to be made to make if safe, but we always make it work! Lighting and sound are both elements that can be discussed, and we are flexible with.
