Oregon City Santa

It's extremely sad and unfortunate that I'm now one of the only Santa's on here with a negative review especially when Santa and his team tried so hard to make your event a magical experience for all. This just shows I'm a more authentic Santa than the others.
You booked Santa for 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM (1 hour 30 minutes). I sent you a text and apologized at 5:51 letting you know we would arrive 15 minutes late. We arrived at 7:15, exactly 15 minutes later than the booked time and I again apologized for being 15 minutes late. You said "Absolutely no problem! We just finished dinner, this is perfect timing". Then you have a microphone put on Santa with no explanation as to why as this was never discussed previously and your audio tech had issues making Santa's entrance delayed. If you wanted Santa at 5pm you should have booked Santa for 5pm not 7pm.

Myself and my crew go above and beyond to make our appearances a magical time for all. I'm sorry you didn't feel that same magical experience all our other clients have.
