I hired waitstaff (Tim and T) and bartender (Asel) for 40th birthday party that I hosted on 1/22/22. They arrived on time and were very polite and professional. Asel set up the bar to her liking and it looked great!! She manned the bar very calmly yet aggressive and professionally regardless of how busy the bar area was. She worked great under pressure! Tim and and T worked the rooms very thoroughly as they were sure to offer appetizers to each and everyone in the rooms regardless of their participation in the prior dish. They assisted the chef with setting up the plates in the kitchen and I believe that it was T who cut the 3 tier cake as Tim served slices to the guests. The team that was provided for my event was just terrific!! Guests who attended have already been asking me about the waitstaff and I have been highly recommending them. Thank you Victory Event Staffing for making my event a victorious and successful one!!

The women they sent were wonderful! I requested a dishwasher and a busser, but got so much more. The 2 ladies did everything- from playing food, to helping clean everything. They came early, worked hard, were lovely to work with and did a great job!! I would love to hire them again!

This experience was the worst I've ever seen, I was really upset they was serving people some many plates at once. Giving really big portions of food and when asked why are they giving so much food they told my host because they are asking for more. I would think they would know how to serve food if this is their profession. Also one of the waitstaff showed up two hours late. Because of the large amounts of food they served the food went really quickly. I was upset and started crying because all of my guests did not get to eat.

As a professional in this field we are very sorry you felt this way. However we are not to be blamed for the organization for the wedding and if you choose the blame the waitstaff so be it. There was no lighter to light candles - Andrew went to go buy one, there was no ice so -Andrew went to go buy some. You want to blame the waitstaff on the caterer running out of food - please have your way with words. And one staff-member came 1 hours late but please mention they both stayed past 9:00pm to do their best and help out. I really believe this review is abusive. We have never have a negative review such as this because we are service professionals. Please be mindful on day of event I am in full contact with my staff and I am fully aware of the issues and problems that occur.

The bartender that was provided for our event, was absolutely awesome. He arrived 10-15 minutes before his scheduled arrival time, he did everything without me even having to ask, he even volunteered to serve food to my guest. He was very friendly and courteous as well. Extremely happy with the service I had received on the night of my event. Will book this company again 😃.

Victoria was great with quoting and coordinating a server with me. Unfortunately, a miscommunication led me to cancel our server since one couldn't be found on time due to last minute calling out. Things happen though and although we didn't get a server for our -- the planning part was simple and easy enough that I'd probably try it again sometime.

What to Expect
We are a full staffing agency. Which means we are prepared to come into empty space and set up everything from scratch. We set up buffets, tables, chairs, bars and anything else that may be needed. At the same time our job is not over until the room is broken down, we don't mind breaking down tables and chairs as well as sweeping and vacuuming. All we ask is that you let us know ahead of time the layout of the job.

We are not your typical staffing agency, we help platter food, set up tables, stations & bars. Then at the end of the night we clean up, making sure everything is in order. We know planning an event is stressful we are here to help. We specialize in all different size and types of events.
