We hired VJ to be the entertainment for my brothers 40th Birthday and although this wasn't anything I would have ever planned I was outvoted.
I have always doubted the authenticity of the comedy crowd work clips due to their seemingly scripted interactions and overly perfect timing. The reactions from audience members appeared rehearsed, lacking the spontaneity expected in live comedy settings. Additionally, the jokes seemed tailored too precisely to individuals, raising suspicion of prearranged setups. This man single handedly changed my entire outlook on comedy. What truly set VJ apart was his ability to improvise. He effortlessly riffed off the audience's reactions and incorporated inside jokes, making each moment feel fresh and spontaneous. Whether it was poking fun at my brother's questionable dance moves or riffing on the trials and tribulations of family gatherings, VJ had us in stitches with his quick wit and sharp observations. My brother wanted a small night out in the city with steak followed by the Comedy Cellar, the caterer provided the steak and VJ provided the Cellar. If you are lucky enough to get to are one of his shows or book him for an event you will not be disappointed. Thanks again, hope to see you at one of your shows in NYC!

I contacted VJ back in July to do a comedy show for my wife's birthday. He was very receptive. He asked me questions about my wife and I so he could know what kind of jokes she would like and what he could bond with her over. He delivered a solid performance and ended the show by singing happy birthday with everyone when the cake came out. The whole family loved him. We'd love to have him again!

We booked VJ for a resident event at a luxury apartment complex located in Cherry Hill, NJ. We requested clean comedy and he gave us what we asked for and more! We all enjoyed his comedy!
