Is your voice helping you or hurting you? That’s a question you may never have asked yourself before - and it's one of the most vital questions every Leader must ask.

One of our most powerful tools is the resonance of our voices. As Leaders, our Vocal Presence can be one of our greatest assets. On the other hand, it can limit our impact and often create an unintended (and often undesired) impact.

Our voices help us build our businesses and enroll others in our cause. We can use our voices to engage with and hold space for others – taking them on a journey. And yet, aside from professionally trained actors, there is very little training out there related to the voice - until now.

Lauri Smith is an intuitive public speaking and leadership coach. She helps visionaries on a soul-driven mission to stand in their power, speak their truth and Lead. Lauri is the CEO of Voice Matters and the author of Your Voice Matters: A Guide to Speaking Soulfully When It Counts. Her mission is to call forth more open-hearted leaders so they can do their part to change the world with authenticity, creativity and courage.

She believes that everyone is born with Charisma – then the world teaches us to cover it up. We can unleash our Presence by being our full selves – quirks included.

Her dream is that everyone shares the vibration of their soul’s purpose with the world through their voices and together, we reach global harmony. To get there we need EVERY voice in the conversation, some we have not heard from before.

Lauri loves coffee, dark chocolate and red wine – and she’s incredibly picky about all three! She lives in the SF Bay Area with her soulmate.
