I teach Happiness and Health , I believe the two go hand in hand, love sharing my happiness methods to others in order to give you the skills needed for the rest of your life.

My name is Von Bruce and I was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. I am a devoted husband to my wife Vilma. I am firm believer that God wants us all to be successful. In this short space I will briefly describe my philosophy.
I have been through many trials and hardships during my life and so I understand what people are going through. Having said that I also believe that we can overcome any obstacle that comes our way. From the earliest days of my childhood it has been an up hill battle. In the first grade I was labeled slightly retarded by the teacher. It is amazing that with all the obstacles that I faced growing up I still was able to overcome them.
I am a certified ISSA Elite Trainer with certifications in Personal Training, Health , Nutrition and Fitness Coaching along with being a nationally accredited Strength and Conditioning Specialist. My mission is to help people to live happy, healthy and strong lives. I believe in using sound science and not any trends or fades in order to live a healthy life. I truly feel that exercise IS medicine and that foods have the power to heal. We all have the potential to live productive active lives well into our 100's.
